Very helpful and going the extra mile!

Well organised and very friendly staff. Filled an online application for my international drivers license and picked it up from Harveys the next morning. No problems, was quick and easy, and they even did the ID photos that were needed.

I believe that one can have a perfect holiday tailored to suit them by Havey Travels. The consultants go the extra mile to provide the correct information which some travellers may find challenging when visiting multiple countries abroad. I was amazed at how well they understand the needs of a client when a suggestion was made for our accommodation recently locally. It was perfect.

The staff are friendly and professional and very patient. Thus far they have always been willing to help with anything and in my opinion their fees are reasonable. The Travel Bug situated right next to them is also an awesome place to gather information or plan a trip. I am under the impression the two places work closely together and this creates quite a good vibe for planning a trip, business or leisure.

Terrible service. 2nd time weve applied for my moms visitors visa and paying them a fer to complete the application,errors were made on forms and they didnt want to correct it and my mom had to manually change it in the embassey. Unprofessional.

Good travel agency who can organise anything you need for travel purposes. Not always the cheapest tho..

They were very helpful but need to work on there communication about fees.
