Great service, good affordable food and always loads of fun

Excellent service! Great atmosphere! The food was delicious and the cheesecake is the best I have ever tasted.Thank you! The Owner Jamie Pollock may be very young, but she knows what she is doing and her vision and passion for food and hosting 5star quality. Restaurant is also wheelchair friendly

Great pizza! Take-away....Too crowded to be safe.

The accommodation was very nice, has everything you need and more. Restaurant downstairs has very good food, but drinks are quite expensive.

Awsome place to have a drink after a long day. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Bar snacks and pizza available in the bar area, full menu restaurant also available. a Play area for kids would be a welcome addition to keep them busy while you take in the relaxed atmosphere. Lots of TVs for watching the game

Best barmen ever, friendly atmosphere, they remember you by name and drink, greet you with a friendly hello, and their pizzas are to die for, proper pizza oven pizzas with generous toppings. I recommend Pollocks to anyone who will listen.

We are not the Pub type of people, but the pizzas is awesome! Dont waste your time at the franchise shops. Buy your pizzas from Pollocks. And if you enjoy pubs the sit-down and enjoy your pizzas with a couple of drinks. Support our local people they are in it for the long run.

I had a great stay in the guest rooms above. Friendly service, friendly locals, friendly/competent staff, great food, well made up rooms. In all a great setting with a view of the mountain from the porch. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my fellow travelers who may visit George.

Great company and awesome staff accompanied by very interesting and sometimes amusing regulars.They have a good selection of drinks and hearty food. Being close to Fancourt, this bar is always a good place to have a pizza or to catch up.

What a great little pub! We had supper here during a trip up the coast from Cape Town. The venue is cosy, the service friendly and reasonably prompt, but the pizza is what really sets them apart! The pizza was loaded with topping, had a thin base, was really tasty and well priced. Well definitely visit again when were next in the area.

Awesome place. Staff is good depending on who is there (we got one bad guy but the rest were GREAT.) Pizza is highly recommend but as its a bar, I dont suggest sitting inside if you are bothered by ciggerette smoke.

Disappointed with the seafood pizza we had.....the toppings were dry and chewy.....The eisbein was very good, the mustard sauce was great, would have liked a little bit more....

Always have a good atmosphere with very friendly staff, one of our favourite places for a few friends to get together.Also have an awesome pizza menu and their pizzas are delicious.👍

Pollocks is really a gem in George... the staff is super friendly and after a while, they start to know you and your drink is ready by the time you enter the door. their pizzas are to die for!!! you cant go wrong!!!

A friendly, vibey and cost place. Always busy with the locals popping in and out all the time. A juke box in one corner, select your own tune for a dime. They stay open rather late. A real interesting little joint.

Love the atmosphere and the owners are wonderful and welcoming.

Pizza is a disappointment, its soggy stretchy and tasteless. Sigarette smoke also blows into dining area. I cannot recommend the pizza to ANYBODY!!!

We only had takeaway pizzas.but they were delicious. It was rugby fever so place was a bit hectic on 21 September
