What a nice place to stay. Has chalets, camping sites. Well maintained

The service was great but the beds are horrible.Very uncomfortable and no decent DSTV.Cooking utensils are limited aswel.Found the tariff a bit steep if you consider the before mentioned.

Its nice to stay for a short or long visit and next to the lion park and playground for the kids

The chalets werent properly cleaned, the blankets stank, there are no heaters, its really dreadful. Needs proper management.

Very peaceful and security conscious. Good facilities. Could do more for the kitchen in the units though.

Bed and bedding much more comfortable than expected. All basic amenities in chalets. Unfortunately no WiFi.

The place is very legit, environmentally human health is maintained to the fullest.

We arrived on Saturday.We had to wait 3 days till Monday till they finally put a bin on our stand (we had asked multiple times since shortly after our arrival).The grass was long when we arrived, they only cut it on ThursdayWorst was the ablutions. The nearest ablutions to our stand were filthy and had no hot water. The only working/clean ablutions were all the way on the other side of the camp grounds

Friendly stuff , clean accommodation very affordable .

On arrival I was informed that they do not have a booking under my name. This booking was made through lekke slaap, months in advance. I had to prove we had booked a chalet. Luckily I keep screenshots of all emails. This was after a telefone confirmation a week ago. We were then moved to a smaller open plan chalet. The dihes and cutlery was filthy. Also many items on inventory list was missing. At least we had a place to stay.

It was a very nice holiday, the children enjoyed the playground, there could maybe be 1 more trampoline. The bathrooms was far to walk to, but always clean. For rainy days we had to take our washing to a laundromat, because the resort has 5 washing machines but only 1 dryer. And it is expensive.

Relaxing place

Great chalets and dormitories. Plenty space for camping, very clean abolution blocks.

For me it is a nice and quiet place I dont have a problem with it.

Chalets are tired although newish. Not dirty. Recommended as a stop over only, not a holiday destination by any means. Close to all amenities. On major road

Our first close encounter with these lions... it was pretty cool. The facility could do with a renovation to make it look more aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. All in all a good experience.

It’s an average overnight self catering. Not too clean but ok. Struggled to get decoder to work but eventually it did. Blankets were smelly but we only used duvet and brought own pillows. Ok for one night.

This is the place to be when you want to relax and unwind for your holiday getaway its peaceful and relaxing and I must say that the service I received from the receptionist was absolutely fantastic well done keep up the great work and fantastic customer service well done Mari keep it up

Very nice and underrated camp site. We had private ablution. Site is well kept. Pool, trampoline and playground for the kids. Victoria Bay is just 5 minutes away. I will definitely be back in December.

Really made me feel welcome. course was in great shape. staff was fantastic. all and all a great experience to have if you looking for a game

Had a great experience with the kids and hubby here for a week. Kids were kept pretty busy at the pool and play area. Tons of surrounding attractions which the friendly staff will help you navigate. They helped us find the hidden gems (fairy tunnel and forest adventures just up the road).

It is a clean neat park. Good security and freindly staff.Try to book a stand with your own bathroom and kitchen.Best stands are 1,4,5,8,9,12 13 & 16.

Single convection plate stove in unit . NO top sheets on beds. Shower unit mixer impossible to balance hot and cold water .

The public play area for the children is really great.

Service ok. Not friendly reception but not unfriendly. Pool looks clean until you dive. Bathrooms not practical as their is no place to put your toiletries while showering. And it can be cleaner. Must bring own toilet paper. Nice big stands.

We had a stand that is partially paved and level with own bathroom and kitchenette. Park very clean and good security.

If u have small kids this is fun.... clean and neat housing ... only cleaning service every 4th day though .... but kids had a lot of fun ... lovely open spaces and not to noisy

Caravan private ablutions mainly occupied by resident campers,rest of camping under good shade on sloping sites .cabins for hire also.site kept clean with some satellite dish connections available.close to good mall and victoria bay beach.

Little gem in the heart of the garden route. Staff is absolutely fantastic and helpful.

Chalets Bathroom must really be upgraded. Place must be fumigated for cocroaches. Very good vibe at campsite

Was here looking for a relaxing place to stay while we did some of the surrounding hikes.. very quite and peaceful, just what we were looking for.

Pristine camp site, very well run.

Camped their for a week. Not a lot to do and ablutions was closed had to walk to the one at the other end of camp because there was not a lot of other campers.

This is a no worries place. Chalet is plain and simple with only the essentials provided (basic cutlery, crockery, pots & pans as well as towels). Water is supplied by a borehole so it doesnt taste very well although it is perfectly safe to drink - there are munisipal water connections on the premises where you can tap water as well.Staff are very friendly and the chalet is serviced every 4 days or when needed. Water heating is done with a gas geiser that didnt work very well so the water was either boiling hot or cold but as soon as you get used to constantly switching from hot to cold the showers are quite enjoyable.

Wow ...what a change since weve been there a couple of years ago...the best resort in magestic George ...Resort very neat ...chalets in tip top shape ...clean and tidy ...definitely be back again...well done guys and keep up ur good hospitality...

The staff is friendly and the places is kept clean

Grass hasnt been cut since about the 12 Des, it is long and very untidy. Ablution blocks dont have toilet paper, office lady is very unhelpful. Showers are very small, you wait a very long time for hot water. Will not come here again.

The units are clean and well equipped . There is a small braai in front of the unit. The unit has DStv and a open plan kitchen set up.

Nice camping for short stay. Not one stand besides the private ablution stands are level. Too many unwanted campers are allowed in the park just for the sake of making money. Ablution blocks are not kept clean all the time and water pressure is very poor in the showers. Campers also have to provide own toilet paper and NO soap is provided for washing of hands after the use of toilets. No taps for clean drinking water between the camp sites. Have to walk to the office for clean drinking water or buy. No braai facilities are provided although you can rent a braai for a deposit. Will not recommend for long stays. Staff are very friendly and oom Piet makes you feel very welcome and a pleasure to talk to.

Facilities not that great, no proper braai facility on the camp site. Bathrooms and shower very small and not very clean. High noise levels by other visitors which made it unpleasant.

This site is for campers that has been around the block. All the basics you need for camping available. If camping is not your thing newly renevated cabins available. Ive seen beter and Ive seen worse. Had a pleasant stay there. Close to shops in George and easy access to the highway. Close to Victoriabay, Wildernis, Sedgefield and Glentana.

I will not recommend this place for a family of 3 kids. They do not change the towels ,bedding or clean the chalet.
