Sometimes when one gets to the realization of how bad service delivery and or customer service are in South Africa and want to generalize that everyone out there is the same? Then think again. The answer is no they are not all the same. I had visited Torga Optical in George, Meander branch where I was truly amazed and taken away by the extent of what that team will do to accommodate one and stay true to their belief of serving the community. My opticals was delivered and fitted by the optometrist at the George airport prior to my departure. This team picked up the slack caused by a chain reaction which no one could have foreseen and delivered.
