I went to Spec-savers George, after the optometrists where I initially had my full eye test, could not give me the spectacle lenses that I wanted.Lens prescription in hand, I arrived at Spec-savers George, where they were prepared to make the spectacles according to the prescription, with better quality lenses, at a far more reasonable price.Upon receiving the spectacles, it turned out that the prescription was not correct.Kassie Potgieter, the optometrist, then repeated the full eye test at no extra cost, and the lenses were replaced also at no extra cost.My new spectacles are better than any Ive had for a long time.The staff at reception, the person who helped me choose a frame, and everyone else in the shop were friendly, helpful and professional at all times.Thank you! Spec-savers George is well worth a visit when you need new spectacles.
