It is difficult to rate this venue on an average when there are so many variables. So I have chosen an average of 3 stars, but will elaborate on each area below: PS. We were a group of 11 here for a week.Service: 5* - Tebogo was a gem, going out of his way to help in a friendly manner.Views: 5* - Spectacular mountain and forest views.Room: 3* - 2 Single beds. The kitchenette makes a huge difference, and the space is average for a short term stay. Bathroom is okay and window ledge serves as counter space. It was surface clean but needs a deep clean and the bathroom carpets should be thrown away.Venue ceanliness: 2* - the room should have been cleaned before guests arrive. Bedding and towels was clean, almost new.Conference facilities: 2* - Everything is here, but not all in working order and furniture and carpers are quite run down. Projector not working properly. TV in other room worked well, bring own HDMI cable. Conference rooms need a serious deep clean asap and a surface clean after each use. Neighbours were cutting trees for 3 days and although very friendly when we asked them to please stop until 4pm, these things should be discussed with client upfront so that they can prepare.Would I visit again? Strangely, yes. The ambiance is that special and staff that kind. And the loving animals are a truly special touch. BUT be sure to check if there are any loud groups, as the first 2 nights (weekend) the neighbours to my room partied until midnight. Music, shouting and cars revving. It was really unbearable. :-(Perhaps a caring touch is needed to add some finesse and turn this venue into at least 3 stars....?

I dont hate the place. It has alot of potential. It is just very rundown. With some extra money and TLC this place would be amazing.

Never again. Step far away.

I feel like they overcharged me for a one night stay for only four people , for that price they were even stingy about their wifi code and the receptionist was a bit unfriendly.

Outstanding units clean everything works. Quiet area very friendly reception and staff. I love it
