Went for my first jab at the Geneva Mediclinic this morning. Professional, helpful and friendly staff from start to finish. What a pleasure! Thank you to everyone at Geneva Mediclinic for making my experience such a positive one and making me feel relaxed about my jab.

A Heartly thank you to every one for the great service I received in the 4 days I spend there. From the cleaners to the Sister on duty. Constantly cleaning my room. Making my bed. That extra cup of coffee during the day. And especialy the fact, tha medicine are given on time. Dont have to ask for it. The Sister ensures that tou get you medicine on time around the clock, straight thru the night. God Bless you all

This is a first time I have ever been admitted to the hospital and I can say Geneva Mediclinic was amazing. From admittion, being very fast, no waiting, being clean, tidy and most amazing staff that makes you welkome and makes you feel warm and calm if you nervous. From nurses to doctors, everybody came and intruduced themselfs to you. And food was delish too.

I am not a regular visitor to hospitals but during the course of my life I have NEVER had better treatment anywhere. From the moment I arrived to the day I left, the stay was wonderful.The personnel is easily the friendliest I have ever come across. Nothing ever was an issue. If I asked for something, needed to know something, needed help or whatever, not once did I even note the slightest irritation from any of the personnel.The food was outstanding. As a restauranteur I guess I am qualified to comment as such. No one can prepare a diversity of meals for a large number of people, every day, and still keep everyone happy but my fooan effort to ask and answer questions, was something new to me. My most grateful thanks to Dr Kent for the professional and friendly service. A man whom I hope will achieve greatness in life.I cannot name all the nursing staff but each and everyone was a star. They all treated me as if I was very ill while in reality I was simply very uncomfortable. Full marks to personnel with a passion for their career.The canteen was a disappointment. The person manning it sighed heavily when my wife and I entered. It was obvious that getting off her telephone and serving us was an effort. Also, if the food in the hospital was not of such a high standard, having something to eat there would have been a disappointment.Overall. If my urinary dysfunction continues, I will fly down to George to return to the greatest hospital of all.Thank you ever so much.

I just spent 2 days in the Geneva Clinic after an operation. I can not thank the friendly, professional staff enough for the care I received.

I was admitted to the clinic after a sports accident. The investigations were very professional, but there were quite long waiting times. Prior to each examination, you had to sign English compliments and orders. After the examination, each individual service had to be paid immediately in cash or by credit card. Eg Ambulance ride 1600 edge, X-ray 500 edge, ultrasound 800 edge.
