Poor service delivery. I would never use this framery again.. not if you paid me! I was sold a frame that had obvious distressed marks on it that was not so when I chose the frame. I had asked for the frame to be slightly wider to allow for more edge detail, which was also completely ignored. Due to time constraints I could not return it. Not a good experience.
