Wish there was an option to give them zero stars to reflect their non-existent after sales service. They are quick to demand full payment in advance, but once they have your money your problems start. Ordered a couch and was told it is going to take 8 weeks. Phoned them after 8 weeks to be informed it will take an additional 3 weeks. Called them again today to be told it will take another 2 weeks. No explanation offered, no communication and ZERO service.

The staff in this branch are incompetent and disinterested in delivering service to customers. I ordered and paid for a carpet six weeks ago and was promised delivery by 27 May. There is a 3 week delay, but no one even bothers to inform me.

Terrible service, if at all possible dont buy from this shop.

Walk in to look for a couch for my mother. Staff does not even greet nobody even makes an effort to ask if we need assistance. Pathetic. Looks like Coricraft George does not need any sales in this tough times.

Directly AFTER paying for an order I was informed that is will take 12-18 weeks to receive the order as aposed to the usual 4-6 weeks. I canceled the order the following day and waited more that 3 weeks for the Coricraft staff to process the paperwork. We had to chase them several times to just do their job. They are very keen to sell you something, but have zero after service and an extremely questionable work ethic.

Not very helpful

Sales person lied to us. Said the Hepburn Sleigh bed is made from solid oak wood. On their website it stated that its pine wood.

Very poor service. Ordered 2 couches for black friday sale. One delivered and the other we have been told will only be ready last week of March. Payed in full for both couches. We need to chase them down on a daily basis to find out if one of the other stores have a matching couch on a regular basis. Would rate zero stars if possible. Last purchase from this store.

Paid an order on a wednesday and was promised to recieve my table on the next friday. Never happend then was promised for the next friday. So i phone them for them to tell me there is no stock but they where quick to get the money out of me.never ever again no one phones you if you dont phone them you wouldnt here anything when i was in store the lady by the desk was on her phone the whole time instead of making sure that the product that you pay for is in stock.

If I could give no star I would have- worst service ever and no answering of phones when you need to know what is going on because of lack of service, lack of organising with couriers and lack of information. Go to any other Coricraft branch, but give this ons a skip .

Poor service delivery and customer care.

Great furniture but terrible customer service. I paid for a plasma unit over 3 weeks ago and I have yet to get feedback on it and when I emai I get no response. Disappointing.

Terrible unfriendly and unprofessional service. They call us to pickup items we bought when we arrive items were still at the warehouse. No greetings and very unhelpfull at our arrival by lady behind counter. No apology for the inconvenience.
