Absolutely pathetic! Will never ever use them again. Very slow delivery and poor service and absolutely no way of contacting the George branch. And for the price you pay - really not happy.

Fast courier service, they communicate and notify you when they will delivery.

The Dawn Wing George landline number (as displayed on their website) DOES NOT EXIST. Very disappointing service.

I got a sms to say the parcel had been delivered but no one was home. This is false, I will be going to the branch later to collect as I am worried looking at the reviews that it might take a week to get here. Will update if the branch is able to release the item today.

I have just received my online order from Cotton On. They are currently using DAWN WING as their courier service. This is the condition of the package they delivered. My complete order is gone (clothes), except for the diary that I purchased. Their phone number is disconnected, they are not responding to my emails. I have thus gone in to the office but they say they are not responsible.

Warning: do not use this company. Parcel tracking has useless info. You will not be able to call them for help. When you finally get your parcel, it will be late.

The new system is terrible. Impossible to contact anyone. The driver was very friendly but the system is incredibly frustrating. So much so that I try to avoid ordering from places that use Dawn Wing whenever possible. Prior to covid they were fine. It seems to be linked to the new IT system.

Can’t we give zero stars? They lied about me not being home to accept a parcel, did not phone as instructed , phone numbers “no longer exists”, number 25 in the queue! Impossible to get hold of anyone. NEVER EVER use them!!!

I tried to call them on number as per Google search. It does not exist. Als asked for quote on the website. No response.

Received an SMS saying they would be delivering to my house on the 4th Dec, so I went into the office. As soon as I got there I received an SMS saying they would be delivering today instead. I immediately changed the delivery address and phoned them to confirm. The operator assured me they had the new address and would deliver there. So, I waited the entire day at my office for them. Only to receive an SMS at the end of the day that the driver had been to my house and left. I will not be at my office tomorrow and whats to bet they will try deliver there while at the same time making me wait at home all day for my delivery???Phones do not exist at Dawn Wing like they do at other couriers.

I know theyre getting a lot of flack because of poor service during Covid times, and I was about to give them 1 star too, but then the George branch surprised me. My parcel had gone missing, and neither the company Id ordered from nor Dawn Wing were able to track it down. I spent a lot of time on the phone and typing to customer services, and had given up that anyone would be able to help.Then someone from the George branch phoned me on the Friday morning to ask about the missing parcel. I explained that I needed to receive it urgently or it would be too late for my wedding day. He said he would sort it out.I got another call from the same person later to say that they were sending a driver in JHB to collect the item that Id ordered from the company, at their own cost, and they would make sure it was at my door (in the Garden Route) by 8am on the Saturday.And true to their word, the parcel arrived just before 8.I would give them 5 stars, except for the initial trouble of trying to track my original parcel down, but I am impressed at the level of service I received from the George branch.

Very poor service. Unable to reach them. Waited a hole day only to see delivery failed but they did not even contacted me.This is now day nr 3 still no progress . .. will have to email a complaint as well!

Complete and utter waste of R50!Its been more than two weeks that Ive been waiting, it says package is damaged. I requested a call back twice and no one phoned. Order was from Cotton On as a gift to a friend of mine.

I wish I could complain about their service but sadly their service is non existing. Theyve had my parcel for 5 days and been trying to get hold of them via their national 086 number. Waited more than 20 minutes and still had to listen to the voice telling me how great they are. The are also not answering their number in the George branch. Great for such a big company. Guess its Jan van Riebeeck or Eskoms fault

Uttermost poor service. Wish no one use their service. My parcel departed Capetown on the 12th and arrived in JHB on the 14th. Today is the 27th and yet not received. I call all the branches and the customer line. No one answers the call. Only the Pta brach would answer but would teanser u to a perpetual wait for an answer

I payed extra for 1 day delivery, and they couldnt even get it done! Got a phone call asking where in groot brak I live, yet my address clearly states that I live in George! Terrible.. I got the call on friday at 08:45 and it is now saturday.

1 star is even too high of a rating. They NEVER answer their phone.

They have been sending my parcel since Wednesday and today its Friday and still nothing. And to top it off they dont even pick up the phone. Its worse than poor service.

These guys are consistent it seems, they do not answer calls and if they do you are kept waiting whilst they play marketing recordings that never end.I phoned the George depot on the number on their website,but number does not exist..come on,guys, surely you can do better

Had a Problem yesterday with an order that couldnt been delivered since the shop didnt print my cell no on the label. Went to dawn wing and the gentleman there and the delicery guy himself finally could help me. Was very happy with the two of them. Please just update the dawn wing homepage with dwtails from steinhoff park and not meade street. Ended up there unnecessarily first. Thumbs up guys!

Would rather give no star at all. Ordered a package through EBucks. Package didnt arrive when it was due. Then a few days later I phone Ebucks and they say the courier asked for an alternate address for delivery?????? A few days later I get a notice giving a telephone number and the name of the courier (EBucks were not able or willing to give me that information). I have phoned that number a few times, left a message once and I am still waiting for my package a week later. A totally unprofessional and unreliable service.
