Great place to use for any delivery and great service.
Utterly useless! They said they couldnt deliver the previous day because they deliver my area in the mornings. Phoned today only to be promised before 11am. Its now 12h30 and I phoned again only to be told that they deliver this area in the afternoon late. They dont even know their own operations! Pathetic!
Staff not too helpful, rather chuck a heap of papers than helping after damaging parcels
Well - my first experience with them- not good at all- do not answer phones or just forward it to a mailbox and cut you off before you can leave your message

Worst experience ever with a courier company.Initially got a quote from the George branch. Upon accepting the quote, got told that I need to make my own arrangements with the Cape Town branch, who proceeded to tell me that I need to make arrangements directly with the driver.Our package was delivered on the Thursday night. On Friday I was told that they have priority deliveries in the morning and will deliver after 3pm in the afternoon. That afternoon I was told that the package will no longer be delivered on the day or the following day as the entire branch is going to a funeral.On the Monday, I tried to organise delivery again and was told that the package will be delivered by 12:00. I organised laborers to help unloading the package. At 12:30 I phoned the branch and the no-one knew about the delivery arrangements and was told that the package was still on the floor and that I MIGHT receive the package by 14:00, with no regard to laborers that now had to wait around doing nothing and be paid 2 hours extra because of a courier companies negligence.

Bad experiance and wil not make use of them again.I had to pay double for paper documents to go to joburg because they must go via PE.then after five days the documents didint arive at the recever that was put on the way bill.

If I could give this service a zero, I would. Waiting two weeks for delivery, they lost the parcel twice and I eventually drove an hour to pick it up. The depot itself is an absolute mess with no organisation whatsoever.Never use them or a courier that make use of them.

Shocking service from this company. Send something with them from mosselbay to port Elizabeth and it took them 4 working days to deliver to a destination thats 4 hours away. Customer service after my complaint was really poor. Will use other companies in the future.

Very poor service. They had to get a package from me and never showed up. When I called, the lady called me but no one picked up. I dial the after hours number and the lady says I have to call the office again ... after the 5th time I give up.SWAK !!!!!!!
