It has been a week since receiving the tracking nr from the sender of my parcel. I have to date had no communication from DSV and every effort and attempt to contact the George branch (my parcels destination) has proven fruitless. The department dealing with this either doesnt answer or the line gets cut before being answered. What to do? What to do?
My package is at your branch but Ive been told it will only be here on Tuesday, 8 days is way too long to wait,courier guy takes 2 days from Joburg to Albertinia. Not happy.
They are the worst courier company in SA!!! Their service is pathetic!!! For over a year, it takes approximately 8 WORKING days for a parcel to be delivered to Oudtshoorn from Pietermaritzburg. The ONLY thing they do, is apologize, but the problem NEVER gets resolved!!! Will not recommend them to anyone....

Classic example of overpromise and underdeliver. These guys are the preferred courier for a company we deal with - I wouldnt use them - and when it comes to delivering late, theyre super consistent.

Pathetic service. Still waiting for my parcel after 2 weeks! No answer when calling. First call holding for 19 minutes, second call 9 minutes. Dont know what to do to ge my parcel. Theyve ruined my holiday
Extremely poor service, kiosk broken for weeks and has been reported but not fixed. Engen garage had reported it many times DSV guarantee3 working day delivery. Ha ha! My parcel went in on 23/12 , tracked and head office says they will only restart deliveries on 6/1/2020. ???3 working day. False advertising!

Bad my package isn’t at his destination it is 7 days and I call them and they put me through and nobody answers and I tried again and still no luck
