I have used triangle couriers in the past and have never had a problem till today. On Monday I phoned for a parcel to be picked up from Cape Pottery Suppliers, which it was at lunch time, to be brought to Calitzdorp. I asked if we could pay the driver cash and was told that this was no problem. As we are in a rural area I asked it to be dropped at one of the shops in town. All good. I was told it should be there on Wednesday. Today I found out that they phoned the shop in town and said they wont deliver it until a EFT has been done. I phoned them to find out what was going on and was told they are using a 3rd party and I will have to get in touch with them...... I am not sure why they think that the customer needs to get hold of the 3rd party...... What am I paying them for then? Anyway, finally managed to get hold of the third party and they are delivering it (now very late), to the shop and the driver WILL take cash. To add insult to injury, the cost is R235 for a 1kg package, which seems v expensive to previous items we have had couriered. Needless to say, after Triangle Couriers washed their hands of the problem, we will not be using them again.

Ive used them dozens of times for various shapes and sizes of parcels to be brought to me in Sedgefield from all over the Garden Route and from other places in the country. If you catch them early enough you could have your parcel the same day, otherwise always the next day. Very competitive rate - friendly staff and drivers.

I have only had good experiences with them so far. Driver was excellent!

After months of dealing with triangle and being very courteous every time I call with good morning, how are you I am most often treated by a very rude lady and I mean rude. I am not the only business owner in town that has a problem with their arrogance and tone. I have never complained and let things go until sadly one day I lost my temper. I will suggest using another company and save yourself the pain.
