The manager admitted that he couldnt solve my problem, but did absolutely nothing but send me back to online support. They cant solve my problem, so Im stuck. I cant use my banking app or website, but its not vodacoms fault! No ways, they are worthless. I hate this company, dont sign a contract with them, if you have issues they will NOT help!!!!

Its such a pity there is no 0 stars to be given. I dealt with three DIFFERENT salespeople at this store. Notwithstanding the utterly USELESS Lets talk booklet that advertises products that have been out of stock for months (apparently) - the store salespeople lack any customer service skills, and the store manager is one of the finest LIARS I have ever come across. I required four (top of the range) phones, and two weeks later Im still being told no stock, despite being PROMISED that there was stock and I could have it. Regrettably, I will never return to this store, and advise other potential customers to find alternative stores, because this one couldnt care less about you.

Awesome service from the Employees, who really do their best xxx im just being greedy now to post a review so long after having been at the Vodacom store, because if i post a picture, I shall have a badge from Google xxx who says a virtual badge aint gonna make my day? so glad that Vodacom is now with Telkom xxx it seemed inevitable xxx lemme find a pic xxx or? let me not be greedy and let me wait and be patient - setting a good example for those who follow these words xxx Im only human and and am sorely tempted at times xxx ah, well, perhaps another day Ill be able to pass by Vodacom and do a timeouts review xxx confession is good for the soul, especially for those who read, listen and feel empathy xxx

I had a bad experience with one of the sales staff and was extremely angry and disappointed however after talking with Ricardo (Sales) and Marco (Manager) the problem was resolved as soon as they could.I would like to thank Ricardo and Marco for their assistance.I will recommend this store and especially Ricardo

Service is pathetic, I waited for over an hour filling in the form for a new device, then they said they had no stock, and they will order the phone for me and give me a call as soon as they have stock. It has been 3 weeks now and still no word. There customer service is a joke, Will definitely not be returning.

My personal experience with the staff from this vodacom outlet has been exceptional. They have always been very helpful, have kept me in the loop and even when Vodacom (the company) had given me serious issues, the staff has always tried to resolve the issue as best and capable as they could. The service is friendly and professional.

Asked Werniech on 16/01/2019 for a quote on a Samsung S5 battery. Hell have to get prices; I said Id phone him on Thursday. By 16h00 on Thursday he still didnt have prices but promised to phone me back. Like a fool I believed him. Youre in the communications industry and therefor need to learn how to communicate. I bought my battery from MTN. Nice advert for a Vodacom subscriber.

Dealing with Vodacom is impossible. I got a contract with them for an IPhone XS Max with AirPods added to the contract. They sales rep advised me that the AirPods would not be in stock for the first week so I would have to wait maximum of 2 weeks which I agreed to. However they then went on to not contact me and push the delay to a month, the only way I got information was constantly visiting the store at Greentstone shopping center. After the first month past I had not received one call informing me what is happening I yet again had to try call not get through and then end up going back to the store. This happened for the second month. Once it hit the third month I visited the store yet again and asked can we credit this off my contract and credit the funds I have already paid so I can just go buy the product from another place. They then went to say that it will be here with in a week. Without fail they did not call yet again and I visited yet again, this time they said that the AirPods are discontinued from their warehouse and will only receive the AirPods 2. Now after this they said that it would be no extra charge due to the inconvenience but not vodacom I now have to pay extra to get the AirPods 2 and it would be in the next week. Things changed however they managed to actually call me this time but to give bad news that the AirPods 2 I was said I could get in a week is now not available and they trying to get it from another store. I have never had to deal with such rubbish service before and have never seen a company care as little as vodacom for their loyal customers.

This must be the Vodacom with the most friendly, helpful staff. The downside is that this branch has become so popular and one therefore have to be patient to wait your turn for service.

To be honest, if you can stay away there you better off. Unpleasant and helpless and unknowledgeable staff. Dont waist your time there at all. All you would get there is irretation and bad useless advise and waisted time. STAY AWAY!!!!!

This Vodacom is easily the worst Ive ever been to.. not only do they rarely have any thing that you actually need... but the staff are so rude.. especially the in-store manager... they always try and pass on their duty to other members of staff instead of helping the customers.I ordered a new phone before Christmas (22 December 2017) only to find out it actaull wasnt ordered by the Vodacom staff member... went back after Christmas... still nothing .. now the 5th of January 2018 and still nothing...Absolutely appalling service!!

Got a Samsung Galaxy S6 from them in Jan 2016,the phone is just a problem since the beginning its been in 3 (4th time today 07/10/2016) times already if not more ,they work more on the phone then me ,i try so hard to get a new phone ,but they dont make it any easier for you ,even the consultant dont know how to handle a customer with a query .its just not on. i mean i can buy me a damn phone of 1K and it will not break in the first year,atleast not 3 times ,does this make sense guys ?REPLACE THE PHONE .

I am not sure if it will even help to bring this under attention of the owner, if I read the other reviews. On the day I signed the contract to upgrade my sons phone contract, we were told that the phone is not in stock and that Ashwin will order it and phone me when it arrives - which he said wiill be in 3 days. I was asked to send copy of my ID and proof of bank account, which I did. On the 4th day my son went in as we havent heard from Ashwin. The lady told him to bring again the ID and bankstatement. On the second time my son went in, the same lady informed him that she cant trace anything as Ashwin is off and they do not have any record. Today Ashwin phoned me with a seriously degrading atttitude and insisting that he told us the phone is there and he is waiting for full bankstatement as he told us. The fact that he spoke in front of my son and myself makes it difficult to believe that words can be twisted like this. The worst is the degrading way he spoke in during the last call and speaking as if he is talking to a person who cannot understand. I did raise my voice and told him how terrible this service was and also that the words change all the time. Needless to say, he put the phone in my ear down. Really worst service ever!! The waiting period to be helped at Vodacom further on in the mall is longer - but now it is obvious why more people prefer to go there.

I ordered my phone through Vocacom shop in the mall . The type of phone and colour was not available so I had to wait for stock to come in . I received a call to collect my phone on the Wednesday and I told them I will see them within the next few days. On Friday afternoon I rushed after work to the mall, which is right at the other way of town where I stay to collect my phone. When I got there they told me : Sorry the manger gave your phone to another client . The client was difficult , so we had to give him your phone. We can order the phone again and you get it in a week . I was so upset that I settled for a different colour phone, just not not have to go in there again . Really bad service and they way they handled it also very bad !
