I would love to thank Mr Hadley Twigg from your George branch for the excellent and supper fast service rendered by him and his Co assistants from the Belleville branch in cape Town. I sent my wife in to look for a bed for my elderly parents, that was complaining about severe back pain due to there bed, they live in kuilsrivier captetown, Mr Twigg kindly assisted us with the transaction and arranged for the beds to be delivered same day at my parents house. Very good and and friendly service. They gave us great advice on which bed would work better for us... They gave us options. Very good service. Already recommended them to friends of ours who are very interested in buying new beds.

Although I have not tried the beds out as they remain in their plastic until the room renovations are complete, the service provided in the sales and particularly delivery process was excellent.The beds had to be ordered so took a couple of weeks to arrive at the store, but throughout this period, I was updated and kept informed of the progress regularly.When delivered, I was contacted beforehand to agree a time, contacted again when the truck was enroute, and they arrived within the time frame agreed. The manager of the store together with his sales manager delivered the beds themselves as their transport subcontractor was unavailable as it was a weekend. They both readily offered to move the beds inside for me even though I was content to leave them in the garage until after renovating.Due to the size of the beds and the narrowness of the staircase within my property, it proved impossible to carry the beds up the stairs so we resorted to lifting them up over the balcony, which was heavy and time consuming work. The guys happily assisted which was a great service as I would not have been able to do it alone.A few days later the store made a follow up call to check if I was happy with the beds.All in all 5 star service.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I bought a bed and upon opening saw a little dot on top of upholstery. Next morning management in the form of Zander came to my home to attend to my complaint. Keep it up guys.
