Had a very exceptional experience today, first time in a long time I went shopping since Im pregnant.The cashier helped my mother and I just felt to ask her how long she worked at PEP and she replied 10 years! WOW what dedication she has 💯🙏👏👏.Most shop assistants in shops do not know proper customer service and I needed to compliment the lady on her work and personal ethics she has, her name is Elizabeth, this lady deserves a award because such services are so so so rare!!! She treated us with respect and mentioned my mother always comes for sweets and airtime, mesmerized that such small details are looked at.Thank you PEP HOME GEORGE!!!!

The shelves were a mess, and it was difficult to find anything. Also there were not enough cashiers, the queue to pay was the length of the shop which made it even more difficult to shop.with social distancing.

Very smelly and gross area. Overcrowded store with long queues.

Friendly staff. Henzalia very helpful when looking for something.good prices.just which there was bigger variety lace curtains but the lekker sweets and beautiful rugs makes up for that.

I would give it a no star if I had that option.The shop assistance harrased and humiliated me because the queue was long and I decided to leave the tissue oil and nail clippers,she thought i stole them.
