Its conveniently located right in the main street, York Street. They have some good items in the relatively small area, so you would be glad you stopped in. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have some interesting and unusual ironwork bathroom accessories including towel rails and bedside stands. As expected, a good selection of baths, basins, toilets and taps. Worth a visit.

Unfortunately lack of customer service.One star 🌟 is already a ratings to much.We bought a item from the George branch that was over a R1000 and as the item didnt fit we returned it and asked for a refund.After a week we didnt get any response, when we visited the store the sales person actually asked if we cant contact their head office....... According to him standard bank doesnt allow them to credit the amount.Bad service.Good products but after sales are non existing

Ive had a very pleasant experience buying here. Not in-your-face assistance but patient presence right there when you need it.I bought tiles which I could not immediately take delivery of and they patiently kept it for 3 months. Thank you Nathaniël!

We visited this store on monday 27/01/2020.no one even acknowledge my wife in front of the counter, they just went on with their business .there were 4 workers.we were 2 customers.wont recommend.We wanted to buy something, but left the shop and went to purchase tiles at CTM.
