Selling tiles but dont seem to stock the same tiles (but keeps the tiles on display) everyone who does renovations are forced to pause their renovations for months on end before the George CTM branch stocks up their tiles. Then customers are told to pay for tiles to be transported from other branches because who else should pay for the stock that is supposed to be transported to CTM George? Customers? Or the company itself? Not sure why proper stock control is not taking place at the George CTM branch.........

Sad store this as 4 items no stock. Mosselbay has but because they have to draw from there no discount and R300 transport as well as online advert is at a higher price. Very sad when you trying to support locals

Helpful staff and great products. Bought bathroom cupboards and mirrors, before I left the shop it was thoroughly checked. Each box opened and items taken out and inspected. Put back into their respective boxes and sealed up again. We will be going back soon for all our tiles and the rest of the bathroom fittings.

Well situated, ample park I gVery friendly and useful staff.Lots of very good stock and well displayed.One big negative is the departure from the yard , one needs to do a kilometre drive and do an illegal U turn at a stop street to get back to town.

You cant complain about the service because there is NO SERVICE.!! After walking around for 20 minutes, nobody even attempted to help us, i went and asked for assistance,,,,TWICE,, Still nobody pitched. Walked out, and received Excellent service at CTM Mosselbaai.

WOW. It was an absolute pleasure shopping at this well established warehouse. You will find all your tiling requirements here. I purchased a complete toilet set which included a toilet pan a cistern with all the internal fittings PLUS the toilet seat for way under R1000. Value for money shopping, super friendly WELL TRAINED staff members will make you want to return to this establishment.

Phoned to ask for pricing- Lady i was talking to had absolutely NO manners over the telephone and would not let me speak when explaining what i wanted. The first call was dropped and the second call; after interruptions was just put down on me.Not acceptable customer service over the phone!

The place its fine, there is plenty of stock of taps etc, the people are friendly and helpful and there is plenty of parking. I would have liked a greater selection of decorative tiles.
