I basically grew up with this store,been buying from this specific store for the last 32 years and never a complaint. Had to return and stop the odd part but always been a pleasure to shop with them. Inexpensive and always well stocked to cater to everyones needs.

Midas is a great shop to get anything you need regarding automotive items. The staff are always helpful and attentive. Well situated opposite De Jagers clothing store.

Bad experience with a claim on Willard battery. I was told to leave battery for Willard rep to check later that day. Went back following day but nothing to tell me yet. Said battery was charged . I then phoned the rep who told me that battery must be taken to Port Elizabeth to check. One week later still no news from Willard rep or Midas. Midas gave me a loan battery to use in the meantime which starts the vehicle since what confirms that my battery is faulty. Dissappointed !

My 1st visit and definitely my last. What a horrible experience. Visit the place on the 21 Oct 2020. Two of the workers had a verbal fight in the office. So bad, everybody in the store could hear. I was wandering through the isles looking for something but not a single staff member would approach to offer assistance. They were more interested listening to the argument than anything else! I walked out and will never recommend this place or return. Compared to the Mossel bay branch, this place is a dump!

Cant help me with a brass plate for my starter was 3times there

Terrible service from both the sales department and a rude and unfriendly cashier to boot. No organization clients dont know whos next and people keep jumping the queue. Wont see me again.

Quite a busy shop. Nice variety of stock and enough space to move around. Shop kept clean and tidy. Staff behind counter can be a bit more enthusiastic about their job, but well worth a visit if looking for spares

Definitely the WORST service in George! There are certainly much better and friendlier spares retailers in town! I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone!

What an awefull experience! Wanted to buy two products that was clearly marked on the shelf as R38 when I arrived at the cashier the price went from R38 to R80. The cashier was so rude and incompetent. In this situation I firmly feel it was Midas mistake for incorrect pricing and could have tried to accommodate me in purchasing the products. Will never refer someone to your shop!
