I called beforehand to ensure JP Spares had the clutch cable i needed to replace the one that failed on my Hyundai Atos. The clerk assured me they had two different sorts depending on the specific mount type.When I entered the store there was a queue of two people waiting to see the sales consultants. I decided to peruse the shelves while waiting and was approached by another consultant who helped me right away and gave me a discounted price on the cable.I perused the shop a little further just to see what stock was offered and a different sales consultant approached me to offer any help.I must commend JP Spares for their customer service and dedication to keeping clients happy by going out of their way to help.The clutch cable of course fit perfectly and I have no complaints about substandard quality products.

I recently visited JP Spares in George. At the door, we were greeted by a lady who would benefit greatly from a course in hospitality. On the contrary the sales staff were excellent at assisting/advising us and the staff at the tills were also very friendly.

Terrible customer service with regards to how they answer customer calls, you can be put on hold for 10min+ to be only then be helped by a sales person. Rather they need to revise there method, so that customers dont be put on hold at costs and time. Rather tell customers that there is NO sales person available so that customers can use their OWN discretion to hold-on or call another supplier or call back later. Otherwise than the above, I received good customer service on regular basis from JP Spares

If you cant find what you need in here you are at the wrong place. Vary well stocked and profesional staff make this place a pleasure to walk into.

They were very helpful over the Covid lockdown, and kept parts available. Rashano does a good job, and is professional.

They didnt have what I was looking for, but the young gentlemen went out of his way to get me the part from cape Town and gave me a call to come collect it. Excellent service. I wish I can still remember his name. But he was very enthusiastic friendly and energetic slim and tall on the last counter of the shop 👍👍👍👌👌

JP Spares in George is a very well stocked motor vehicle spares and accessories convenience store. Its situated in a very busy part in York street. The staff are very knowledgeable regarding their products however need to be a bit more cheerful towards the customers. Overall not an enjoyable experience.

Well they sell all types of car parts.has been in existence for many years and was started by Hermiens (one of the owners) father. She and her husband manages the place well.some other family members are also part of the business.Good all round service with a smile and they even assist you to put in a new battery or wiper blades. They will also source you a part if they do not have it.they deliver daily to many mechanics in George.it is a very fast paced business.wonderful shop.

I have had good and bad experiences with JP spares as I have been one of their customers for a few years. Mostly good, prices are fair and parts quality is good. If any part supplied is incorrect they have always been top notch to exchange it for the correct part. Good work guys.

Look, i know its no la di da establishment but after waiting in a queue that should move faster you go to reception to pay where every guy next to you wants to pay before you and the woman manning the payments is a receptionist as well answering 20 calls a minute. Im not kidding. I could not believe it. Hello JP Spares, yes, please hold you battle with the demon inside you to just give up and walk away because you shall not pass without payment. Surely they can employ a young individual to answer the phones. This is ridiculous. I must however compliment the sales staff. They are fast and absolutely brilliant.
