We had to interrupt 3 staff members who was having a good time socializing on the sales floor. After seeking service we got treated with zero respect by a young man with no product knowledge. At the tills we had to wait again for staff to finish their conversations.Finally we got home just to see the item we bought has clearly been used as a demonstration model.Now we must drive back to that horrific store to return a used item!!!Totally unprofessional, unhelpful and unacceptable!!

Game is not the store it used to be. Battled to find someone to help me, two guys were more interested in playing with RC car than in me, their client. They did not even ask if they could assist.Poorly stocked shelves, went there looking for two things, left with none and bought elsewhere. Wont see me entering your doors anytime soon.

Although the offering is always fantastic, the marketing is brilliant, the options to repay are exceptional however the checkout process remains constantly disappointing. The same old school thought of saving a buck on tellers despite having many till points manning but two. The then long rows of waiting customers standing in snaking rows waiting to be assisted to pay. This is why I will not visit game and rather play a premium elsewhere ticket serviced.

The staff were so helpful. My husband has parkinsons and was struggling with his muscles freezing. They came and helped. We did not need to ask. I was so impressed with everyones attitude. Thank you.

Variety of products can be bought at Game and got very good customer service from Ally (trust that i spelt her name correctly)at the customer care desk regarding a product which we bought and she assured us that should the product not meet our standards when we assembled it at home that we could return it no problem.Thanks to you Ally for the excellent and friendly service.5stars to and to Game George

Went in to check on a purchase, as I was arranging the money, I got the quote number on the phone, when I got back to the shop, they were able to take delivery details. As simple as that. Also deliver on a Saturday.

One of the best Game Stores I have visited in South Africa. The store staff is all very friendly and helpful. The store itself is also very tidy. They just need to have a few more till points open when its busy.

Bought a fan there on our way to Sedgefield on holiday. They have everything you need there and staff are extremely helpful.

Went to Game yesterday. Met a gentleman in the Verimark section. He showed me the product I was looking for and thoroughly demonstrated the workings of the product. His knowledge of the products were superb. Actually the young man handled both myself and another lady, looking for the same product both at the same time. Well done to that young man selling two products in one go. Give that man a Bells.

The most unhelpful staff employed at Game..I tried to buy a office chair..but everything was to much for the poor sod that tried to help me..zero kwoledge about what is hidden away in the boxes..they deserve to go out of business. I will never go back and will tell my whole network how bad the game brand has become..dreadfull

What a very beautiful n clean place

The Game group of chain stores are great. There prices are also very good. Weekly specials keep u visiting week after week. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Here u can buy groceries which is something new. They started a grocery line about 2 years ago. It has proven quiet popular. Here u can purchase textiles, hardware, furniture, toys, books, stationary, kitchenware, blankets, sports equipment and so the list goes on.

Bought a fridge freezer 11 months ago from them. 2 weeks ago it malfunctioned. Reported it to them immediately. Still waiting for them. Call them everyday about it. All they say is-they did log a call. Meanwhile I had to throw away all the meat, have no fridge and have to bear with a horrible stench in the house because I cant open up the fridge underneath to drain the bloody water because if I do thay, I loose my warranty.

You will have to walk around and find sales assistants to help you out. Products also seem like last years models. Nothing RIP of the line to be found at game.

Had to wait for the right person to help me, yet understandable since busy. Had problem with tv remote but no transport, but the manager arranged for new remote to be delivered straight to my door. Awesome and caring.

Bad Service

Took forever to get some help. Advertised products not in stock. No one can tell me when there will be stock. I can krder the product, but they have no idea how long delivery takes. Poor service.

The idea that game is trying to sell food is beyond comprehension. Game has never specialised enough in anything and now they are even less special due to having everfresh food. If i wanted food at a store i would NOT visit game for it.

It is one of the biggest Game shops and very friendly and helpful staff members.

Customer service desk manned by people who do not even bother to greet customers. Waited 15 minutes at the checkout as there were only 3 till open! Unacceptable in a big store. Plenty staff floating around but no one jumped in to man the tills.

Used to love Game and bought most of my appliances there. But since they changed to a supermarket some of the departments lacks in staff and expertise. Service is mediocre and the equipment they are selling, especially fitness stuff, looks like it is second hand. (Garden Route Mall branch)

The store feels cramped and the shelves not fully stocked, but this is due to the summer holidays and migration of people from other provinces.The store must be complimented for keeping all tills open and the queues move quickly.
