No service delivery. 3 months past delivery date. Spent over 4 hours to cancel and receive deposit back. Must wait another 4 days for cancellation number to proceed

Lovely stuff

Bought a bed after being extremely eager to take the money for it I was promised it would be delivered to me asap... Thereafter I waited over a week bacause they all of a sudden didnt have stock of it in George, Mossel Bay or oudtshoorn. I communicated with the sales lady after she had promised me the bed, when she couldnt fulfill the promise she had made me she felt too bad to even contact or reply to my whatapps apparently having issues with it yet reading all the messages? I was seen as a difficult customer now & the staff had a terrible opinion of me . Another lady contacted me & tried to upsell me on a bed that was double the price which they had in stock. I wanted nothing to do with it as I didnt even want to support them anymore after the terrible service or boost the sales ladies commission or target . Unfortunately money had already been payed into their account. Needless to say never spoke to the sales lady again but a lady from head office phoned & apolized profusely, I eventually received the bed over a week later and having to sleep on the floor. I would not recommend any other person to experience what I had to go through. Shocking service as well as terrible attitudes in this outlet! Bed is great wish the service or at least communication was too. Done with this store for good even though I was approved for almost 50k credit....
