They took such good care of my 3 month old kitten Tobi & still are following up on his recovery.

Our puppy of 2 years had epileptic fits out of the blue since we moved and the Doctor acted so professionally calming us down and explaining the reasons for the fits and suggesting the best medication. He also vacsinated our puppy and did blood tests to be 100% safe. I am incredibly impressed by the highly professional team. We called 30min before rocking up there and they accommodated us so well. The Doctor even recommended the best pet medical aid we should consider. Very impressed.

Whether you take your pet to the hospital in Knysna Rd or just the one in York Str, either or your furry child will be looked after with love and care. Staff are friendly and the vets are informative, I would recommend them anytime to anyone with a furry child.

Lovely service and care.

We had a very traumatic time, having to say goodbye to one of of fur kids of almost 20 years! If it wasn’t for the team working on a Saturday, i think it would have made things allot more difficult for us. Thank you again to Dr. Carla and Tessa for making such hard time comforting and supportive! I will recommend these guys to everyone for their furkids! Thank you again.

They are very popular. But were unable to help my dog. After two failed operations. Had to have another Vet redo the opperation a third time. Leaving my dog with much scar tissue!

Ive had the most traumatic experience with this place. Took one young budgie in fairly good health for check after the other died seemingly of infection by a falcon (they were in a cage in the coastal forest). Vet injected with something and in her words he put up a good fight. The poor lovely creature didnt make it home to Wilderness in 20 minutes and died in utmost agony; its dying screams will stay with me forever. Returning the useless medicine untouched was flatly rejected by the receptionist. Utterly uncaring and unprofessional. If they are incompetent apart from cats and dogs they should inform people upfront.
