We used Zeelie Taxis transfer service to get to the airport. They were on time and came with an extra trailer for our bicycles bags, as arranged. They were punctual and professional (Ben was our driver).

I had such a bad experience with their driver on Sunday from oubaai hotel and he still charged us R500, if I could I would rate them a zero, all I can say people is that use them at your own risk, this is my personal experience, you can chance if you want to, as for me and everyone I know NEVER AGAIN.

Just use another service even if its bolt or local cabs. Zeelie is super expensive for no good reason, the worst!

Hi - I called you towards 25/26th Feb to ask for a taxi to pick my son up in Memorium road to take to a road not far away - you charged R 100 for the trip!That is what we would pay for a 20 km trip on UBER in JHB. you are a rip-off. Will never ever use your services again!!

Phoned at 1pm to arrange a 2 pm pickup and midnight return. Phoned to confirm midnight pickup only to be told that all vehicles are busy. Explained that I pre book to avoid delays, hard lines the retort. Plenty excuses and more attitude. Why pre book only to be ignored.

Disgusting service! When enquiring about taking a taxi the operator told me a price. He said it would normally be a little more expensive as I am not in central town, but they would make an exception. I drew the cash and took the ride. At dropoff the driver phones to confirm the discounted price whereupon the man tells him No, hes taking chances. The difference in price was a mere R50 which I had no qualms paying. The driver was great. And very apologetic about the mixup. Cant complain there. However the manner in which the operator spoke was extremely unprofessional. Never mind making a big deal of dropping the price and then conveniently forgetting that he had done so.

Their Taxi services are really fast and reliable

Pity I have to give a star. Had to walk from rooi rivier to denneoord last night. They dont answer there phones at 23:30 ....thought they 24 hours. Pathetic.

We have made use of their service between the airport and Glentanna for a number of years. Aĺl I can say is that they are a friendly lot and we have never had any disatisfaction with there service.

I have generally found them to be punctual, reliable and fairly priced. Dealings thro Nicky Barnard have always been excellent.Unfortunately I recently booked a taxi from George to Oudtshoorn and paid immediately in advance. A lift became available about an hour after booking and I notified them immediately that I wouldnt be needing the taxi, and requested a refund.This is where my problems began. I was told that only the boss handles that and that they would prefer to hold on to my money and give me a credit. This did not suit me as I wasnt sure when I would use them again. It took 4 phone calls to Nicky to eventually be told I would be refunded. This process took about 2 weeks and I see they arbitrarily deducted R50, something they have no right to do. The R50 is negligible, but it is the principle. I shall be posting something on Facebook, as the short-sightedness of such an action which is illegal ito the Consumer Protection Act needs to be made public.

Very Bad service. Not on time and the co-ordinator is very arogant.

First time told me to wait 10 minutes and I waited 30 minutes.Second time told me to wait 10 minutes and I waited 25 minutes, the car didnt had seat belt, and the car was old.Terrible service and no value for money.
