Beautiful, cozy cottage. Most friendly and accommodating host. Loved every second, we even prolonged our stay :) Can definitely recommend this. Lovely mountain view.

Spent some time this past weekend with family and its big enough for every couple to have privacy, cosy enough for us to have enjoyed our dinner together. Nothing more beautiful than smelling roses in the front garden early morning.

We loved our stay at Petit Plaisir. Marlicia was there to greet us and help us with ideas for dinner & breakfast. We loved the location, with a beautiful garden and the view of the mountains beyond. We felt safe and secure and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay! We would highly recommend this place from your stay!

This place was perfect.Mrs. Marlicia makes sure everything is available on your arrival, with even some foods and drinks.The place was clean, having all you needed, daily serviced... in other words perfect.i will definitely return there.

Romantic cottage with fireplace and lovely sitting room. Comfortable bed and quaint kitchen. Beautifully landscaped grounds in stunning setting very close to wineries. Rusks, persimmons, and bottle of wine were a bonus!

Fantastic 1BR villa with complete kitchen & bathroom (incl. separate long bath) in a quiet location, a short walk to town and direct walking access to Mount Rochelle NP. Wood provided daily for the fireplace. Marlicia is a very generous host. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Marlicia is the best

Our experience at Petit Plaisir Cottage was unbelievably comfortable and cozy. All of the details were taken care of and the space was immaculate. Our host was very kind and had great communication. We even had access to the swimming pool for one of the hot days we were there. The cottage was roughly 10 minutes from downtown Franschhoek and we ended up walking it every day we were here. There are also Ubers in the area as well. We felt very safe here and the neighborhood is quite beautiful and welcoming. We also had a nice gate to the premises and a little safe to put our valuables in. Our host even washed, dried, and folded our laundry. I must admit the folding of our laundry was professionally done and we were in awe by how perfect our clothing was! I would always recommend that anyone coming to Franschhoek stay here at Petit Plaisir Cottage!

The most beautiful thing about the topic is “heater” or “greenhouse”. Something was very beautiful ... especially the stars at night are clear. I cannot describe these two beautiful nights. ♥ ️ ♥ ️The owners of the house are very nice and sweet and will definitely stay again with them.
