So blown away by the incredible experience we just had. We went for cocktails yesterday and decided to book for a birthday dinner tonight. It was so incredibly awesome. The service and hospitality were top notch (Akhona is literally the funniest, most entertaining hostess) and the food was so good. Definitely, definitely recommend!!! We loved it!!!

LOVED my experience at the Le Petit Manoir Restaurant. As a designer / aesthetic person, I truly enjoyed that every detail was considered; from crockery to cutlery, table decor, and deli atmosphere. The music, the lighting, from day till night - all so wonderful and highly recommended! We especially appreciated the staff; they were professional, gentle, kind and attentive - and when my Bloody Mary was a little too spicy they went out of their way to ensure that it was made right. Lastly, and of course, something most important, the food was delicious. So much so that we booked dinner, because our breakfast was so great! Thanks to Le Petit for being so awesome :)

Still one of my favorite place to visit whenever in Cape Town, never a disappointment in Franshoek, as for this place we saw it being built and now after a long absence due to.covid found this place a delight, great food and huge variety of foreign goodies.

What a gem of a place. The vibe and atmosphere is really excellent. The staff are super friendly, professional and efficient. The food we ordered was delicious, very tasty and well plated. Can highly recommend their fish tacos, the pepper steak pie and the quiche. Will definitely visit them again if I pass through Franschhoek again.

Had brunch here today. This place is NEXT LEVEL excellent. Eggs Benedict with trout and a side of thinly sliced avocado. Hand on heart best I have EVER eaten in my life.Service was fantastic Emmanuel served us with impeccable skill and attention to our experience.Lovely low and soothing live music just topped our morning off beautifully.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!Dont take my word for it... Visit them and be transported to culinary heaven.

We expected a bit more from this restaurant. Very slow with getting food out, attention to detail wrt cutlery, condiments etc was below standard. Nice setting however!

An absolute Gem in the middle of Franschhoek. Everything you could wish for to make sure your personal comfort is top proprity. JP will make sure you are well looked after. The deli is also a must. With everything to see in town all in walking distance.

After a very early and cold start on a bike trip, my first stop was Le Petit Manoir. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming I immediately felt at peace, and warm thanks to the fireplace. The service, food and drinks were impeccable

Ordered their Seared Tuna salad and it was heaven! Melt-in-your-mouth soft tuna pieces on a bed of asian salad with the most delicious sauce and more than enough avo to fill you up. Highly recommended!

Wow wow wow. We had the 3 course tasting menu. It was truly one of the most elegant and delicious meals we have ever had. Frank was so welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend Le Petit Manoir.

Great experience awesome room and well stocked mini bar fridge. The vibe of the town could be felt throughout our stay there, and we had the best nights sleep in their comfy beds, than Ive had in a long time.

Good service but food was hugely disappointing. The lamb curry hardly had any meat and didn’t taste particularly nice. Fish was average. The cake at the end did somewhat make up for a very poor main course.

The food here is amazing, the seared tuna salad are what dreams are made off. Will definitely srive through from hermanus to viait again!

We booked a night at one of the rooms upstairs. Room was modern, well designed/decorated and very clean. Service was excellent. We enjoyed a special breakfast. Well worth it and recommended.

After 7 days in Franschhoek of eating and drinking we book Le Petit Manoir for our last evening meal before we leave the area.I must admit we have eaten out and feel a little over it!Food in Franschhoek on the whole (we have had a couple of disappointments this trip!) is of a good quality.As I say we sat down with not a lot of expectation - more the way we were feeling than anything to do with the Restaurant.Well done Petit Manoir - your staff were exceptional and the food was to die for - presentation beautiful and the tastes delicate, fresh and delicious.Top marks - we will be back!

Amazing , we spent 10 days here mainly to relax after serious surgery, the staff, owners, cleaners made it the best experience we have ever had in Franschhoek... by far! The food, coffee and selection of alcohol free beverages 2nd to none! We will be back often!

Took vegetarian option. Beetroot starter was just acidic, only taste was vinegary. Waiter was so friendly to remove it from the bill. Veggie main dish, celery and couscous was so plain, it couldnt bore me more. Nice venue, food is nicely arranged but way behind expectation.

Looking for a good place to have dinner? This is the place for you. Service is excellent and the food, most times, divine. Has a nice vibe to it with a panoramic 180° view of the north Franschhoek mountains. This is the place to go when you want to quickly impress a special someone.

Very expensive and food bordered on bad. The butter chicken tasted like some sort of a tomato dish smothered with yub garlic and the fish was tasteless. Aboid the place as there must be better restaurants in this town.

Shopped in the deli. Great selection and had the last bottle of marmite weve seen since lockdown 🤣

I did not stay, I came for breakfast. A beautiful venue lovely view , but my meal was so disappointing. Read well on the menu but not taste or fit the description. The bowl that it was served in is only suitable for a ball of ice cream or small dessert. A lovely piece of ceramic more suited to a gallery. The takeaway box was lovely but a waste of packaging. I put most of my meal in the bin. The sausages went to my dog. She enjoyed it.. I think.. the service was not as I would have expected on arrival. Staff are polite but untrained. If I had gone shopping for cutlery or crockery for a food shoot would have bern able to give a better review. All the items on our table were beautiful but impractical to eat out of. But on a positive note.. the orange juice was freshly squeezed.

The is a beautiful place to stay. The welcome is warm , the staff are really friendly and helpful and the room was gorgeous... The food is wonderful. I would definitely recommend a night here when traveling in the Cape.

Great new edition to Franschchoek main road. The owners are delightful and hospitality is the name of their game. A must check out either for a meal or a few night stay in the 5* guest house above the restaurant

We came here for breakfast. The interior is well designed and looks really nice. The service is friendly but not well trained and relatively slow and unattentive. The food itself didnt taste well and took quite long for them to prepare. Probably the worst breakfast experience we had on our trip.

Fancy dishes/glasses/location.Service is not what i‘ve expected - we waited over 25 minutes until we got an information about what the sides are & to make the order.The starters look good, but are nothing special.Main dishes were good.

Almost perfect, tasteful decor and very pleasant atmosphere. Clearly a lot of thought and care has gone into creating this space. And, for us, all spoiled because it will always be remembered for the last impression, awful coffee.Go for the food and environment but avoid deciding to finish with a cup of coffee!

Everything about Franschhoek smacks of prosperity. Le Petit Manoir is no exception. A fine restaurant that offers a superb dining experience, and has 4 guesthouse rooms that are furnished to the highest standard. Its all a bit new, so there are some minor teething issues, and breakfasts offer more than you could possibly need. Sometimes though the simplest requirements are over - engineered. A fruit salad was big enough for 4, Toast and butter seemed too little to ask for, and teapot design leads to tea with leaves in the cup. Being a guest is expensive, but youre worth it.

Best pork belly I’ve ever had. And the service was great! We’ll be back.
