I love this restaurant! It has a stoep as well as an indoor section. The decor of the outside area feels like a Greek cafe with white walls and a latte roof yet keeps the combination with the Winelands. Everything is neat and it has clean lines. Plenty of area for kids under 10 to play on the lawn. Food was fantastic and they have a restricted menu with items that they do very well. Indoors section has specials of the day. Wine is pricey but they do allow you bring your own wine and charge corkage. Anthony who served us was excellent and would excel in a silver service environment. When we visited the restaurant it was not crowded which was grand.

Had a longrun from Franschhoek to the bistro and were treated to a delicious breakfast.▪️Mushrooms on sourdough bread, poached egg, parmesan shavings and micro herbs▪️ salted caramel milkshake (after a run this is a treat)Lovely sitting underneath the trees in this beautiful estate.COVID-19 protocols followed to letter.

Friendly, comfortable dining with great ambience both inside and out, where a lovely garden provides opportunity for a stroll or kids play area.

Great food and atmosphere, amazing spot for a brunch. Only thing that would really put it in the top spot for me is if they had a Barista and proper espresso machine, I think they use an instant Nespresso type thing currently.

Just lovely! Came for breakfast and was not disappointed! Fresh food, great service and fast turnaround! Croissants can be a bit bigger though! Overall a great food experience against a stunning backdrop!

Enjoyed the breakfast here - but I must add that the tomato relish was really great and definitely made the dish, without it it would not have been as good.

The most beautiful gardens greet you on arrival, creating hidden corners to lead you into the Bistro.Menu choices would satisfy all,we opted for the cider braised pork belly after a selection of gins were served.Life music on Friday nights, stylish decor,great friendly and professional well trained staff.We loved every aspect, will visit again!

La Paris Bistro, what a gem! To me this restaurant ticked all the boxes...1. The setting is pure magic... manicured gardens, huge oak trees, twinkling fairy lights... how could this not be a winner.2. The food was delish, my yellowtail cooked to perfection, the salted caramel cheesecake was to die for... however my partner did feel that the fat on his pork belly needed to be crispy, which it wasnt.3. On Friday nights they have live music, which just adds to the overall ambience. Not loud and overpowering... just great as relaxing background music.Will definitely be back 😁

Wow wow wow! It is so beautiful and a must see. Apart from the scenery, the food is outstanding, and the service is very good. The bistro is open on Friday nights, and I would suggest making a booking! I can recommend the yellowtail starter and for dessert the granadilla cheesecake! Just go and spoil yourself!

Well I will say what a beautiful place. We sat at a table under one of the huge trees. Our waiter Blackie was fantastic. Food was superb as with the desert that was heavenly. The Chef deserves a Hat.

Really good food and the waiters on top form, real sales men, which is what this industry needs, for my 1st I am really impressed. Apart from this I think regarding weddings the company needs to be a little more strict with the guests coming in, I have been watching the people coming in for a wedding and nobody was wearing mask which is really sad, stricter measure will really help the super spreaders, but overall really good 🙏🙏🙏🙏

We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at La Paris Bistro! The meal was so beautifully presented that I was a little loathe to disrupt the artistic presentation! I had the pork belly, and my husband the sirloin on gnocchi. Both meals were incredibly tasty and highly recommended! And we would love to thank our waiter, Lovemore, for his warm and attentive service.

A favourite but smoked lamb curry was not edible bit they made me pay

Food ok, quite pricy, and nothing to ride home about.

We are eating our way round the restaurants in Franschhoek which is great fun and we have a perfect excuse - the place where we are staying has no eating facilities so bring it on.Lunch today we visit Paris Bistro this is a relatively new restaurant - it is situated on the road from town to Wellington and the entrance is directly opposite the prison where Nelson Mandela famously ‘Walked to Freedom’.We both choose meals with prawns as the main ingredient and they were perfect - not too heavy just what we wanted for a light lunch on a warm sunny day.

Despite having an amazing breakfast there and enjoying the Bistro, I was shocked to realise that once I signed in on the COVID sheet, My information was loaded onto a system, without my consent, so that marketing messages could be sent to me. This is totally illegal and a misuse on personal information. I hope that this stops immediately.

Lenette and i were blessed, as special friends of Lenette invited us.We all had the Calamari which was delicious, excellent service and i loved the ambiance.

In ordered high tea to celebrate my birthday and specifically phoned in to make sure they had had my order after booking online as well. Unfortunately they just had a booking for lunch. Thank you for spoiling my birthday because you didnt really care about your clients. Wont be back again

I recommend The La Paris Bistro highly.The food and service given is definitely excellent, our waiter Lovemor really exceeded himself with the service received from him. Also the scenery is so beautiful I will definitely go back for another visit.

A beautiful location with very attentive service perfect for families with small kids who can play in the garden. Oh and the food isn’t bad too, the salad bowls are a great fresh option for those not wanting something too heavy.

La Paris bistro’s lunch menu is creative, fresh and reflects a flavouful blend of different cultural influences. I particularly enjoyed the chicken cashew bowl with picked vegetables and seasoned rice. Great service, setting. I would have appreciated a wider selection of wine by the glass from the area..L’ Ormarins bubbly, La Motte Cabernet, Lynx Blanc de Noir, a warm climate Sauvignon blanc like Franschhoek cellar’s are just a few suggestions.

Food was good, but absolutely horrific service. Waited more than 40mins for any sort of food. When complained, manager gave a lame excuse that there was a problem with printer and kitchen never received order. Pathetic
