Big up on the opening times of this shop. We found the place open and fresh. Clean and smelling good very early while driving past Hendrina. It is an essential shop, not big but have essentials. The stuff was good too.

Neat shop that has most of the essentials needed by the modern family. Generally, the staff members are quite friendly. Oftentimes, their Kiosk is closed & this somehow inconveniences customers with few items to pay for in busy days. Besides that, Pick n Pay Hendrina is not a bad place that receives 4 good ones from Anele! 👍

Stuff not very helpful, ended up leaving the fruits i wanted to buy for the kiddies on the journey from KZN to Pretoria as snacks for the road. Fruits weighing not planned for easy access and asking Stuff to get it weighed was like squeezing water from a rock.

Service has deteriorated since the franchise went back to Pick n Pay. If we need to buy groceries we have to go to Middleburg or Ermelo. We used to have choices when making groceries now the store has reduced variety in everything.

Very small for the community and it congested.

Friendly staff, it is the best supermarket in our community. However I think it needs to be expanded to accommodate a lot of customers and add variety of products that are missing compared to other bigger pick n pay stores.

The ice creams are melted an re freezed. We pay R20 per ice cream. We just bought 4, the kit kat we bought was melted and re-freezed this is not the first time. This is very very poor customer service
