There is very limited stock now especially during lockdown, and the aisles of the store are very very narrow, but otherwise its clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are also very clean, have soap and are one of the few in town for which you do not pay R2

My babys carseat had issues, I went to Game Ermelo to get assistance. Unfortunately the guarantee/warantee was over but Mr Zwane took his time and went with me to my car and fixed my babys carseat for me. So grateful!

Im not a happy Game customer. The after sales service is bad. Specials advertised...either sold out which leads me too believe they didnt stock up or as they often say, the havent received it and its unavailable. When Im looking for something they are usually the last place I try.

I recently bought a grinder from the store for personnel use. Machine was used once and on the second time trying to use it is was non functional. The machine was literally 12days old.Took it back to the store because it has a 1yr warrantee only to find out that it will be sent for repairs to be fixed /returned or replaced after 21 days.I asked the lady how will I now be able to finish the cutting work on my roof? To which she replied, youll have to wait 21 days.I said thank you and closed my account.

If you are looking for customer service skip this store. Logged a complaint on the 11th of January 2020 for my washing machine making hard noises. Took a technician 2 weeks to come out and sort out the problem as the washing machine is hardly a year old and still in its 4 year warranty. They collected my machine on the 29th of January 2020 amost a week from the 1st visit. Its now the 7th of February and no one is coming back to me I had to phone head office myself and find out what happening. The staff and management at Ermelo are full of promises that they will follow up and come back to me but the only one making calls is me. Very upset with this poor service from such a big retail company.

The service and staff at this establishment need urgent training as the prior does not exist and the later only loitter around, cause loud jossing and some is obviously not interrested in clients or their work for that matter. I am yet to be satisfied in the slightest 👎

Wide variety of products I noticed that the DIY department stock is not what it used to be, the paint department staff is not interested to assist.I visited the paint department in Jan 2020 and received good service.
