Rude rude rude. They cant even ask you if you need a straw or ice with your drink. My mother wanted to drink her pill with tap water they said they dont give tap water because their water pipes are dirty , which means the restaraunt operates with dirty water. Strange . the mean facial looks so sad.

Very impressed with sanitiser on table, food presentation was brilliant, except for the cheese griller much too large and unappetizing, however tasted great. Maybe look at the way its presented. Loved the coffee setup and the new look. Staff uniform cool, Waitress was a pleasure, too bad the manager on duty did not even acknowledge the customers. We didnt even receive a thank from the staff on our way out. Not friendly, which is sad, cause it could have been a great experience for us.

Maxis is always a delight to eat at.The main thing for us is flavour. All the deals have good flavour. Priced fairly and service is good. We sometimes wait 10 minutes for our order and once as long as 20 minutes but the friendly waitresses and managers make dining here a pleasure.We ordered breakfasts and a toasted sandwich. Quality is 100%.Compliments to the cooks.

Usually impressed with Maxis but today the lettuce was old and wilted,no cutlery or serviettes were provided for the take away meal and they put too much sauce in the burger. Disappointing

Food is great nice atmosphere but be very careful with the staff a bunch of liars I ordered the ribs and wings advertised for 149.90, and waitress said stove is not working, when I was almost out the door the manager intervened and miraculously the stove started working and they took my order, guess if that waitress is gonna get a tip from me

I had a good time at Maxis today. It was my first time there, and the milkshake I had was delicious, and the menu has many good food options. You might need to get the attention of a waitress in order to be served, but I still find the staff polite and helpful.

Maxis is a lovely atmosphere filled little dinner...however my one complaint is that the portion of chips served with the breakfast is way to small....and paying R5.90 for an extra toast is way over priced...there are +-24slices in a loaf...so you are almost making R100 from a loaf....hang on now....this is not Vegas

They had no mushrooms for 4 meals that we ordered and when we asked if the mushrooms could be replaced white something else we were told point blank No! We dont do that. The bacon was so dry and over cooked. It was rubbish.
