Well prepared food,always treated like a king.

The place is clean and serving people are courteous but their chips are dry.

Terrible experience. From the staff not wanting to take our order, to most of the food on the menu not available, to cold meat.💔Nandos really needs to monitor this store - very disappointing.

The staff are very friendly cant say they smiled bcoz of the masks but their service was excellent

Drive thru is convenient and quick. Please check order as there are some infrequent mistakes. Sit in service is acceptable, sometimes short staffed and orders come to table at different times. Friendly staff, clean facilities.

If u sit down they dont attend to u in time until u go to the counter and ask them y make a sit down if u wont come and help

On two different occasions drive thru order was not taken as given.... This resulted in us driving off wit 1 item short

The Drive through at Nandos 5Ways causes absolute chaos in the parking lot for any other person at the Mall the drive through customers block the road and it can take anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes to even get out of your parking. This issue needs to be addressed as it make it an unpleasant experience to go to the 5 Ways Mall at all. People just dont seem to have any respect for their fellow shoppers

I always prefer the one on Maxwell. The drive through is slow and they get your order wrong.. Its been countless times were Ive called to collect to find my chicken is not made to par or cut the way I wanted it. Looks like they sell you someones order. Dont waste your time just drive up town. ITS WORTH IT
