Took back a faulty cartridge purchased a few months back exchanged it with no fuss very helpful

Friendly and knowledgeable service. Had my friends cartridge in stock, but they dont keep stock of cartridges for my brand of printing. I can understand why, as the shop is not very big and cannot carry alot of stock. I would suggest phoning them first to confirm stock availability.

I always shop here for my business cartridges. The service is good. There is a wide variety of cartridges, both original as well as some generic. Parking is ample and the prices of cartridges are very good. Access to the complex is easily gained.

A male staff member was very helpful and friendly when I called but I cant say the same abouy the lady that was there when I went to buy the Cartridge. She seemed irritated to assist me. Good prices on Cartridges but I will not buy from them again.
