Unfortunately cellular department customer service is awful. Only helpful person is Mzamo, unfortunately he wasnt in the store today to assist me and the staff that was present didnt even bother to look for the paperwork or even make an effort to try and see if they could assist me. Very very very disappointed. When I called in before going to the store I was advised that Mzamo was not available but someone would be able to assist me. I drove all the way to the store waited half and hour in the store for assistance only to be told sorry come tomorrow!Unhelpful service. This is the 3rd game store that I have been to and gotten the same service. The other 2 stores were mall of Africa and boulders shopping centre.

Worst customer service ever. Been standing here for about 30 mins in appliances department. Had to go look for someone to help us. Still no luck. I cant believe its so bad.

The service is awful! Got there looking for a TV, didn’t receive any help…the guys were more focused on the soccer match that was playing… I asked one of them, it was as if I was disturbing them 😳!! I left and got my TV somewhere else!

Exquisite stuff in most shops

This is a good store to find a variety of house items but tends to lack in the customer service department. There has been many occasions when i needed help and nobody was around to assist. There are always good deals and the stores are quite neat but help is not always available. If that could be fixed then i think this would be a great store to visit.

Generally this is a great mall. Very big with great shops. For the size of the mall, there are not enough bathrooms. You need to walk really far to find a bathroom, and when you have kids, this certainly isnt ideal

Still one of my favourite malls. Even when its month end, its not crowded. I quite enjoy the openness of the mall and makes it feel nice and spacious. And youre spoilt for choice with stores.

The staff is so knowledgeable, when you ask a staff member for indication where to find a certain product they take you there straight away. Never been dissapointed. Thanks guys

Greenstone is a great place. Its clean, its safe, and its seldom crowded. No shortage of variety.

Game store is well known by selling variety of goods, including large appliances, furnitures, groceries even cell phones, game greenstone is on ground floor near Clicks, there enough parking and tight security by the the mall. Their service is very excellent, they can even help to apply for a store account within some seconds

Game, never again. The worst shopping experience ever. No stock of any of the phones, electronic goods or foodstuff that i needed. Overripe or spoilt fruit and vegetables available. Social distancing not enforced, so not adhered to. Scary and horrible experience. ZERO STARS

Situated on the lower level Greenstone shopping center. The closed entrance is entrance number three 3 . Does have a bottle store and grocery section inside. Good selection of Televisions and audio products. Good well priced camping and outdoor products. Staff helpful but sometimes you will need to go find one. Easy shop no big queues normally

Not a busy mall. Close to where I stay. Free wifi for 3 hours.

Good shop but not all their products are on display. We went shopping for a table tennis table and wanted to see how big it was and if it could fold up, but there were none on display in the shop, they eventually took us into the store room and showed us how it looked there. Overall they had a wide variety of products, but did not seem as massive as some other Game shops that I have been to.

Apparent manager of some sort Jackson Selaelo has a poor attitude and equally poor service. Also, if someone could teach him how to wear a mask and correctly.

Everyone is adhering to covid 19 protocols. The mall is not to crowded and you can get everything done in one place.

Items advertised on specials but the store dont have the stock not the first time always

Went to buy a T.V. No stock available of the special. Teboho (the sales consultant), and Allison (a store manager), went out of their way to ensure that we got the T.V. we had come for. Furthermore, Allison suggested that since we were collecting on Wednesday, it is worthwhile to apply for the Game Pensioner Card, as we would receive an extra 10% off the special price. BARGAIN! Teboho went beyond the call of duty to ensure that a T.V. set was available for us. Pensioners please note that with a Game Pensioner Card every Wednesday theres a 10% discount on items costing less than R3000. Well worth waiting for.

Out of all the game stores this is the best in the area...however often they dont have enough staff on the tills during peak times

Non communication from their side, and if you call them, you get VERY arrogent attitude. They said they will call us when our ordered stock arrive, which was on the 2nd of Jan already. As of the 9th, no phone call, but when we phoned them - they said the stock is there....??

I experienced bad customer service from the Electrical appliances department today , so disappointing for such a big shop at a sophisticated place like Greenstone Shopping Centre .

So much shelves empty, no staff around, other clients walking up and down looking for someone to help them.

Love taking my daughter there for her injections. they are sweet ppl.. am happy with they work.

U can buy electronic items clothing sports items and lots of things

No trolley wipes. Manager essential said sorry its finished. Why did they not open a pack of baby wipes? Unless greenstone store. Wont be going there again
