All our valuable stored belongings were stolen at the Storageworx Stoneridge. Our furniture, appliances, documents, clothes, luggage and more. The supervisor told us to open a police case and claim from our insurance without any sympathy. He was very rude and dismissive, without taking responsibility. He did not give us any explanation of what happened. Our padlock was changed and they put in their own padlock. We continued paying every month without anyone notifying us about the theft. The worst service ever.

This was an absolute lifesaver! Perfect location and cost effective! No more tripping over boxes for me!
