Convenient sizes and well positioned.

Do not make use of this company, I am also still waiting for a refund owed to me. I have contacted them numerous times but theres always an excuse and now they dont even bother responding. Shame on you Herbert. There are many other storage companies around rather make use of them. 👎

The storage is basic but my complaint is the company itself. After 5 months I am still waiting for by deposit refund. I have sent emails, phoned them even spoke to the CEO they keep saying they will refund but they do not keep to their word. I gave proper notice and even vacated my one unit before the month end which they promptly hired out again. I hired 2 units paid by debit order but this company is not what it seems.Public please beware when using this company,read your Ts & Cs carefully. They will not refund you your deposit. The office staff also make no effort, say they will return your call with an answer but you will wait in vain for that call. I really despise dishonesty and this is what this company has conveyed to me. I am really gatvol.
