Inefficient and distracted staff. I watched an elderly lady wait for more than 15 minutes for R200 of local stamps. This transaction should have taken less than 5 minutes. I waited for about 15 minutes to collect a parcel. Absolutely no sense of urgency. 2 counters open with about 20 people waiting. You can do much better than this

While staff are pleasant and helpful, the card machine is ALWAYS not working, so if you do not have cash, you cannot transact??? Come on Post Office officials, get your act together and up your game!

Theres this bald slim african man, he is rude, shouts and give me attitude. I went there twice yesterday and today to collect a parcel that arrived 3 days ago... he took 15 minutes to look for my parcel and when I told him I was in hurry because I needed to go back to work he yelled and criticized me. I am not happy with the service. And I am very angry and frustrated.

Disgusted. Went to make an enquiry at 8:20am on Saturday and was assisted by a bald, African male staff. He is rude and has absolutely no manners of speaking. He is reluctant to assist and when he did explain anything he shouts abruptly because apparently doing his job is a bother. As I left he kept on shouting even louder in a different language to the other staff. Have no idea how this guy still works there as Ive had the displeasure of being assisted by him before with the exact bad attitude. Not sure if hes racist or discriminates people who dress in religious attire. How did he get a job working in the public sector with no basic communication/people skills, I wonder.

How slow can you get, my experience so far is appalling. How your doors are still open is shocking. 2 weeks so far and Im still waiting. Most incompetent company around.

This place requires more security and more cleaning staff... Also the door doesnt work properly. Even although the queues are long, you can still get some service done.UPDATE:Staff completely useless, they have a package Ive been waiting for about 9 months in their premises, but they say that they still need to put it on the system. Ive been there 3 times already and still no service.

Would just like to say a big thank you to the staff who assisted me with my vehicle disk renewal this morning. Amazingly friendly administrators who were very accommodating and are keeping things running smoothly during this difficult time.

Went there yesterday, for the second time, to pick up a parcel, after receiving a final notice SMS to come and collect. When I got there, just like last week, the queue was curling around the door - about 12 people. I was impressed to see they had actually put out chairs for people to wait on. Last week I stood for about 1/2 an hour with no movement (ZERO movement) and then left. Yesterday I stood for about 10 minutes with no movement and realized that my lunch time would not be long enough. AGAIN.

The internet says 8am they open been waiting since 7h45 its now 8h35 in the cold line is extremely long and they still havnt opened 😡

Most pathetic service from a post office Ive ever experienced. Came to fetch a parcel, after I received a phone call to pick it up. Did not hear the afrikaans lady give me a parcel number. Went to post office to collect, ID in hand. The guy at the counter asked me for a parcel number. Told him I didnt hear a parcel number. Can he not look on the list of people that was called today. He went to the back with a terrible attitude, obviously telling the woman at the back I sayd she didnt give me a parcel number. She in turn screamed from the top of her voice with the post office full of people. SHE IS A LIAR!!!! What kind of staff do you employ postal services. You are pathetic. I was made to feel like a liar for no reason. Post office is full and only 2 people working. PATHETIC beyond believe.

The useless staff refused to help me today with the standard paper work that I have used for every other vehicle registration. They have arrogant attitudes and are not interested in providing you with the proper information before hand. I have been back there 4 times today and if I had to go back there again I will break something!

Normally okay service but it has deteriorated a lot. Staff are preoccupied with chatting, take long to process clients and dont inform people if theres problems with their systems. You have to wait to get told off. Very annoying. Unprofessional service
