The most polite gentleman helped me with my query in January. He didnt turn me away or speak in a condescending manner. Instead he logged on his computer and tried his best to give me all the information I requested and explained everything I needed to know in a polite manner. Such a pleasurable encounter! If only all staff from post offices and license offices displayed such professionalism.

Note that this is not a Post Office branch that renews vehicle licences. The staff are, however, helpful and friendly, and there were either no queues or short queues when I have been there.

Satisfaction is a rare word to describe the experience from a state owned entity. This particular post office “IS” the bees knees. Fast efficient and what Edenvale Post Office should emulate. The staff at Dowerglen are what make it work so well.
