Dentists are amazing, doctors room and staff downstairs leave a lot to be desired.All staff running late, impossible to hear when youre called, ive had three people walk up to explain theyve been waiting for an hour.... this is a joke.

Unless you make a booking beforehand youd be better off going to your nearest hospital. Expect to wait an additional 15 minutes ontop of your booking time. Walk in wait times are in excess of 1 hour and you still need to hope you get a competent doctor. On several occasions. Ive personally been misdiagnosed and prescribed medication which would cause the very problem I was trying to resolve...

Clean, hygienic, staff very friendly. All COVID regulations adhered to.

Worst service from outside to inside. Patients being allowed inside the clinic without going through the screening process. Inside indifference being showed towards patients. Have one person attending to patients at reception. One person at the cashiers, not practicing proper hygiene, touching her face, scratchi ng her head, then without disinfecting her hands, handing documents to patients. Having patients who are ill stand and wait while staff have conversations and being very relax.Clearly they have no urgency when it cones to attending to the health of patients. They should not be working at a medical treatment centre.

Long wait, distracted and inefficient reception station, doctors never solve the issue on first visit, been 3 times per doctor, pharmacy closed before we could fill the prescription. Leaves A LOT to be desired.

They have terrible ratings for a reason, should have known, but went as my normal doctor was closed. Just after entering i was told i should have made a booking and there is a 1 hour wait. I would have if anyone answered their phones that is. Then because its now after 12:00 i will be charged and extra R200. Also i had a fever ( the reason i was going to doctor) so they didnt allow me in the building said i must go to hospital as i could have covid. Honestly i hope you close down to make way for better services. Went elsewhere thank goodness and dodged this horrendous insult of a medical practice

Here a clicks pharmacy a spec savers and doctors clean friendly staff. The building is wheelchair accessible. Dentist, physiotherapist, a travel clinic ect. A visit will cost 500

Horrific reception, they just ignore you. Too busy on their phones or chatting with co-workers.

Our entire family has been with Dr. Kahn for many years. A highly skilled physician, and you wont find a more caring doctor who goes the extra mile to make sure youre okay.My mother in law went to the hearing aid department and finally found a solution for her individual problems that two other hearing aid specialists could not get right.

Mis-diagnosed, prescribed unnecessary drugs and charged full visit price for a follow up arranged by the doctor that I waited 35 minutes to see. Unfortunately not the first problem with this practise but it is the last.

Honestly the slowest doctors rooms ever. No point booking an appointment. Youll wait regardless. Often spend 1-3 hours here trying to get medical attention.

I LOATHE PUTTING ONE STAR. Got absolutely no help from the doctor AT ALL. Left with a R500 bill and the problem I went in with. Will not be back to Medicross Centre, ever again!

Very nice, clean and friendly staff and doctors as well, never encounter a day they didnt show their simphaty, doctors, looks so humble at my first visit I got a little bit suspicious, since then, it has been my favourite for a quick check up, to treat the flu, or any other health issues.I wish other health facilities, those with big names, could learn from this one.

Dr Kahn and Dr Bower are excellent doctors and I have nothing but high praise for them and the whole team at Edenvale Medicross.

If only there was an option for no stars. Incompetent bunch at this place, never will i ever use their facilities again. Dont waste your time.

I waited for more than 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When I asked at reception, tge lady said that Dr Lichtenstein would only be another 5 minutes. I waited another 20 after that. I had to go up again to the reception desk to be told the same thing. If you are in need of medical assistance such as being very sick or an injury that is quite bad, I DO NOT suggest making an appointment with Medicross Edenvale. You will sit and wait until you cry.

Amazing experience at Medicross Edenvale. Very informed Doctor, staff friendly..did not wait long at all.

Please dont come to this facility unless you wanted to be treated with disrespect and having to fork out R510 cash for a facility fee because its a Sunday. Quick to grab your cash even though you have medical aid but cant even greet you. Wont be coming here again. Appauling!

Second visit in two weeks..Made an appointment for 1h30 and got seen at 14h00. Just for a 5 min consultation... I dont understand how everytime I come here I need to come back a second time because the 1st diagnosis was incorrect and the medication didnt help? Not really a place that wants the best for their clients. It is just a numbers game - the more people they see the more money they make. Sad..

I give a one star because there is nothing lower than that. Made appointment for 10h30. At 11h00 I was still not called in, with others still waiting in the queue in front of me. This is not the first time, we actually stopped using them before because of the same problem. This was the last time. Never again. Appalling service.

It says they close at 19:00 went at 15:30 and they said they were closed already....

My 10 yr old son broke his foot at a party June 16. We got there 3pish, they sent us away to come back 9am Sunday. We got there 8.45am, at 9.30 they told us to wait till midday for the standby person without a car to make a plan, or go to Linksfield. No planning, no compassion for my son who cried whole night ready to be helped next morning. Forced pay after hours fees up front. Disgusting.

I would give a minus star rating if it was possible for the poor and unprofessional manner I was treated by your dental department. The dentist was more interested in helping me when I had medical funds again. didnt eve bother to ask me if I could pay which I happen to be able to do. I went to Intercare and believe me, every person I see I tell my story to and promote using Intercare instead

Took my wife at 16 weeks pregnant with vomiting and gastro for 2 days and losing weight. After 50 mins sitting with no help we left for the hospital. No triage there at all. They were not even worried when I told them to take our file out we will leave.

Most useless treatment from Dr JJ BOUWER. He left the practice without fully diagnosing my wife with no apology. Will never return!!!

People make appointments and still have to wait an hour, poor time management and poor patient management!

I am beyond angry with Dr Henry, made an appointment for 12;30 i have been waiting since left there around 13;15 no assistance ,no apology no acknowledgement and on top of that i had to go back to work(my lunch hour wasted for nothing),what pisses me off is if it was me being an hour late i would have been made to wait for other people , what is the point of making appointments if Doctors do not adhere to them i know for sure my family and i are not gonna set foot in that practice anymore , how can a GP make you wait more than an hour ...sis man

The only people giving 5 stars are probably the owners. Disrespectful employees.

Went to Medicross Edenvale, expected to wait awhile due to being a Sunday.Saw doctor in about 30 mins had to wait for 1 hour and 15 mins for the ON CALL Radiologist what is the point of being on call that is not the case.

This place is horrible!!! My daughter nearly died in their hands!!! The dentists here are awesome but for emergencies rather go straight to a hospital!!!Please heed my advice -ladies and gentlemen!!!!!!!!!

Dr Asmal and Dr Henry. I would drove around Joburg if I have too. Great at what they do and its helps that they speak like a human being.

Wether you make an appointment by telephone or booking site you will wait at least 45 minutes after the scheduled time before you are seen, even if you arrive 15 minutes early.

Wednesday morning 09h00. 3 out of 10 doctors available. The waiting room so full there were no seats. Shocking!

My appointment was for 3pm. Its now 15.45 and still waiting. If I have to take time off work to get here on time, I certainly would expect the doctor to be on time
