I have some complex medical issues, which Dr C helps me manage everything related to that. All the Drs, nurse and staff are great. Sure, sometimes its a bit of a wait, remember next time you could be that emergency, but the service is always top class. Any of course right across is the pharmacy where Hannes runs a tight ship!

Not great. I’ve been going here for 30 years and will be moving once I have clarity on my current, serious problem.I had a back problem over the holidays and got horrendous service from these people.My most common gripe is that you will be on time and wait 40-90 minutes to see the doc.However in December the receptionists had me come back every day for a week for a follow up or script only to be told that there was no script or no place for me because I should have made an appointment.It was almost comical. One lady would phone me and tell me the doc is giving me a script. I would arrive and there is no script. Then I would follow up and hear the doc wants to see me and I must quickly come in, no appt needed. I arrive and am told I need an appointment.Basically they refused to treat me after my tests and even forgot to prescribe one of the meds they said I needed. Obviously getting a script would have been an issue.After all the work to get tests, scripts and appointments I started the medication and was told to come back in a month because the doc is on leave.

Have been our family doctors all our lives. Always have a good experience when we need a doctor

I wouldnt go anywhere else, everyone Staff and Doctors are incredible and professional.
