Very disappointing service. Despite very specific instructions given, some prints were done in the incorrect size as well as the incorrect colour. The owner refuses to take any responsibility for mistakes made. No proofs are sent to customers to sign off before printing commences. This is unheard of in any professional printing business. They There seems to be very little to no supervision as some items were chipped in the printing process.. No care is taken when boxing items and this company does not use any type of bubble wrap when boxing ceramic items. How is this even possible?Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to any people out there.The previous owners retired, and there were never any mistakes with any of my orders when they still owned the company. I can just imagine how sad they will be to see such a review of the company that they built and ran for so many years.I have received my first few orders from the new company that I am using now. No mistakes. No chipped or broken items. What a pleasure after this stressful experience with Claywaves. Never again.
