Service is is terrible and beyond slow. Why do they not have more staff behind the counters.. everyone seems to complain and nothing seems to get done.

Staff have no urgency at all takes 20-30 minutes to get a simple prescription filled. No sense of friendliness in them either.Litterally one of the worst clicks pharmacies around when it comes to the pharmacy side.

Pathetic service. Staff ignore customers who are waiting. Do not even respond when you complain. I left without getting what I had waited for and some other items I had had picked up while waiting. I hope Clicks can improve their staff training, because the status quo has staff not caring about customers as a source of revenue for the business.
