I went to this Clicks yesterday for a flu vaccination for myself and my two boys.We booked it last week by calling in. Had thee most pleasant experience from the pharmacist to the nurse to the teller. I went to get a number for self service explained what I was there for, lady pharmacist with short hair couldnt find my profile or my husbands and so she created a new profile for me. My discovery card was outdated so I gave her my new medical aid number she patiently tried till it went through. She was friendly from the get go. Then I went to the nurse with my shots and she was just as friendly. My one kid took the shot without a problem but the other one was having a little panic, the nurse calmly assured him its all fine and was gentle with him. Then my turn as she did mine I mentioned how this experience was the total opposite of the reviews that I had read here, she laughed and said that I was the second customer to say this to her today. She said sometimes are experiences may differ but she tries even to accommodate those that dont make bookings by first assisting those with bookings and then asking those that dont to patiently wait and when she is done with the first patient she will assist them. She said some dont understand that and get upset and demanding. When we left the sisters room it was all smiles from all of us and appreciation. Let Us try to review and post the good as well as bad to keep them balanced and true.Thank you to all staff at this Clicks (my appointment was at 15:15pm I got there 15 minutes earlier as requested but I dealt with happy efficient staff)

Good Clicks branch. They also give put the vaccine.

Worst experience ever. Wont go back. Second attempt to support Clicks wont make that mistake again. I get told half the medication isnt available which is on my script and then the Pharmacist on duty looks at me as if to say take your script and leave. Doesnt even bother offering help to get in the medication and arrange a delivery. Poor customer service. No Stars should be awarded here.

I bought Comfort Fabric conditioner which was on special R70 for 2. Only found 1 inside my plastic when I unpacked my groceries. Been trying to call the branch but no one answers the phone till it drops. What make matters worse is that the answering machine answers & it starts eating your airtime. Then it rings for but no one will answer

I bought matte Revlon lipstick for R190 at this shop. The lipstick was empty inside when I used it at home. Its as if someone used it and it wasnt even matte. Something is fishy about your security.

Pathetic amount of service at the medication counter. Every time I come here which will now be my last there is a long question with one or two staff helping, there are more staff walking around behind counter looking busy. I would have thought customers came first but guess its not clicks philosophy.

Love shopping at this store but honestly feel that it doesnt adhere to the Covid protocols.There is no social distancing being practiced even between staff. The lady at the entrance stands there and day dreams instead of spraying customers with sanitizer. Also upon exiting customers should be sprayed again as a safety precaution.

Not the first time to complain about this branch.Clicks should be embarrassed.Maybe they stick all their useless dumb unhelpful staff in one shop...

Dont bother coming to this store, the manager is never here and the staff dont know what is happening, the staff are friendly and the store looks terrible and you better off going to the greenstone clicks its 10x better

Recently went in for a vaccine most pleasant service received. The staff seem to be more friendly and faster at dispensary. Thank you 😊

The phone is constantly engaged and when it does ring it just rings, really how then doe Clicks offer service to customers that are calling in to get information

I called them on a Sunday morning to check if their clinic is open for a booster vaccine of mine,-Clinic phone: nobody picked up, no automatic answer about clinic working outs!-I called again to ask their call centre about clinic working ours, still no reply!

*asks for the price of a tetanus shot*The lady says she needs to go and ask someone for the price so I say okay and wait.She comes back 2 minutes later and asks me again what I asked for, I said the price of a tetanus shot.She said she needs to go ask again for the price.I laughed and put the phone down before running around in circles for the next half hour. Go to Dischem across the road and save yourself some trouble, I know I will.

Insufficient prescription medication at the Clicks Pharmacy . They never have the full amount of tablets as per the quantity required on one’s script.

Extremely slow service at the pharmacy, you are guaranteed a long wait and their prescription processing software is onerous and delays things even more. Very run down and it looks tired and old.

Good clicks branch. Well keep but a bit expensive as all other clicks

Friendly staff , expect long Qs over weekends at the pharmacy.
