Service is non-existent! I am probably still caller number 15Bye-bye Supersonic. There are much better service providers out there
No connectivity for 3 days, logged ticket,called every day.Latest call with a superstar getting put on hold then being cut off after 40 minutes! No hope to have service restored.There are no words to describe that bear print how bad this service provider is!
Servive call service is the worst I have ever experienced globally. You can call 10 times a day a be the 16 caller for an hour. Troubleshooting is ridiculous takes forever then the line drops and they dont call you back. No records of you calls are logged, history logged. Thencwe have to start from the beginning. Get you act together Supersonic/MTN.
Typical MTN corporate b.s. Take over smaller enterprises and pretend to be your friend with fake patronising PR stunts. Service is poor, which you can expect from a company trying to establish a monopoly of sorts. I was happy with Nepic, now its been taken over by a bully and you dont get the service you would get from a smaller company. You are but a number now... infuriating!
