Guy told me it would cost me R400 to replace the lb/rb bumper on my xbox one controller. Was expecting it to be a lot cheaper when I read the reviews before I went. It costs R150 to buy it online from a place in Cape Town. I already opened the controller myself to see what bumper my controller uses to see which one to buy online, but I wanted to see what your prices are before I bought it online. So he wouldnt even have had to open it up. All he had to do was put the new bumper in and close the controller back up. It would have taken him 5 minutes. Dont know how it could possibly cost R400?

Best service and good stuff members. One problem i picked up. They dont do follow up on customers. If you leave something with them to fix. They dont call to let you know how far they are with your item. Infect you must call them to do follow ups.
