Thank you to Gilbert and you technician ( cant remember his name) for the great service received at your branch. Bought a generator in June and had issues with it in October. They checked it and replaced a part but still not working. They exchanged it with no problems. Thank you guys for the excellent service.

I purchased a Gantry from the store. Had issues assembling the gantry. Called the store and Gilbert was kind enough to send 2 gentlemen to assemble it for me and show me how it operates. Had to do a warranty exchange on a petrol Jerry can and pourer. The two guys that helped were simply amazing. The after sales service was the best Ive experienced. Thanks to their team for the outstanding attitude and help.

Sorry to say. This is your worst branch I have been to. Guy on the floor couldnt help me when I ask for generator brushes, then he got me a black dude who was so rude to me. I didnt ask him for help. Thought he was doing me a favour instead of doing his job. It was so imbarassing that I just said to the man - leave it. I walked out the store. Will never recommend anyone to Adendorff.

The staff is friendly and pays attention to details. Sometimes you have to check online for what youre looking for. No all the staff knows departmental items, you need to find the right person who knows their department 😉. Otherwise I enjoyed shopping here.

Terrible service!!! Called the store, asked if they had stock of an item, to which I was advised they had stock. I arrived at the store to collect and pay the items, to which they didnt have stock. They left me waiting in the store for 20 minutes while the staff ran around looking for the item. I had to eventually call another branch to see if they had stock and then had to go there. The store was not willing to help at all.

Not to be trusted . Purchased a rechargeable drill 29/9/2020 with 2 batteries. Original 2 batteries did not work when tested . Changed unit completely. Changed unit was used for 2 weeks . During operation unit stopped . Changed to 2nd battery , unit worked . Other battery would no longer even charge up . Went to Adendorff with invoice and faulty battery . Got excuses as to why battery was not their problem , was told a new battery would cost R700 odd. Decided to purchase some rechargeable drills for site from an alternative supplier , we are too busy to support such a company . So , if artisans or contractors need a reputable supplier , try one that does not sell faulty equipment.

I havent been buying there alot, but i have to say that almost everything you need is there, from spay guns to panel beating hamers and regasing compressors
