Its easy to get there

After hiring a chain saw, we took it back for problems that it was giving, (cutting off all the time) they gave us another one and we landed cutting for 2 hours and the blade was an issue, we took it back to tell them, and we told sorry they cant do anything but give us a 15% discount,(no consideration on the 4 guys we had paid for a day and 2 trips we drove to get a problem rectified) we hardly got 3 hours of cutting small branches and we were charge R600.00. BAD service.
