The owner made me resign my job sometime ago when I used to work at Matrix Warehouse . After resigning , we agreed that I would start working on a wednesday. Surprisingly owner was giving excuses , then he called me and told me that I cant work there due to expenses. This is such an unethical behavior pulled . I do not recommend anyone to work there or buy items from them .

Good Day,This will be my third correspondence to you with regards to this matter. I find the after service totally appalling. It seems as if Rob is too busy to sort out a simple query nor take any initiative in resolving my request. I have made numerous calls to Mega IT within the last week and he seems to have avoided me at all costs.I want a refund of the lemon Xbox one Controller that you have sold me (another one of Rob and Daniels promises made today) after all the empty promises made by Daniel and Rob fell flat last week. Having them assure me that these are new controllers, it seems that you have sold me a refurbished controller which disconnects from my console as well as having a joystick drift issue.I tried to be as accommodating as possible with the staff from Mega IT but i am not getting the same respect nor the assistance that i seek. I supported your small retail business as opposed to an Incredible Connection or Makro and this is the client service that i get. I was also promised having the courier deliver a replacement Xbox Controller which just didnt materialise at all. All of these delay tactics yet no fruition to having a resolution. I am exceptionally close to lodging this complaint with the NCC and having my colleague write an article on the Bedfordview/Edenvale Community Consumer columns.This will be my last correspondence to you to have this issue resolved ammicably.
