I called Matrix Edenvale for a Canon Printer error code issue. They advised me to bring in for repair. The following day I was told that they couldnt help me and that it should be taken to the agents. I was charged R250 admin fee and still have a printer that doesnt work. Great Service. Not.

Got excellent help from the technicians ,on my Business Laptop .I also handed them my Business cards ,incase any customers need other computer accessories .

The manager is such a nice guy , not only was he knowledgeable with regards to what I needed but he took the time to phone and check if it was available elsewhere. Oh did I mention I was also given a discount on my items !!! Best MATRIX everrrr, especially when you are shopping mid month.

Decently priced goods and a good selection but most of which have to be ordered specifically for the customer. The usual day to day consumables are generally in stock though. The store itself carries a very small inventory and the car guards outside are a total nuisance.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, helping you buy what you need for the purpose you want and not trying to sell you something to make more money. If you want a desktop or laptop this is the place to go and buy. Also have alot of specials

Personal good service

I live near Matrix Warehouse so choosing it as my PC store was obvious. A decision I never regret since then. Despite its rather small shop they have unlimited products from Bluetooth and flash dongles, and wires and caples to massive monitors.5 stars for the super quality yet affordable products I had, and the super professioal and friendly staff.
