Went in for a upgrade Mr ngobeni was friendly quick and professional. Fastest my upgrade has ever gone.

I tried phoning to enquire about moving from prepaid data bundles to uncapped, and each of the three times I phoned, the shop picked up the call and immediately dropped it. Unfortunately I feel this is unacceptable.

Today my mother-in-law together with my sister-in-law went to sort out a long standing queiry in Telkom Greenstone branch next to Game store, they were dealing with Jabu Ntuli, that man is rude to costumers, doesnt respect customers. Telkom is incorrectly invoicing clients . Please Telkom look it to this, asap otherwise you will lose Greenstone mall customers

My husband bought a 20G bundle this afternoon and was told by a sales guy calledBrianthat Telkom was off-line right after he did EFT payment.When my husband asked when Telkom would be back on line,he was toldmaybe up to 2 days... Extremely bad service with no ethics. We have found Greenstone Express branch one of the most inefficient branch al the time. It has happened several times that we simply were toldoff line

Walked into the store...waited for about 5 minutes yet the counter was empty...No one bothered to attend to me....

I have been in this store 3 time and both times the staff was friendly, the 2nd time a guy helped me and they didnt have stock of the phone but he was friendly and helpful and even though I phoned him every 2nd day he was always polite and as soon as the phone was on route he informed me.

My cancellation of my landline in May 2020 is still not resoved.🤬🤬🤬

I bought a prepaid data bundle for R555 and was told by a Thomas the salesman that it would work in my Vodacom modem . It doesnt and now it seems its my problem as the clerks in the store say I cant get my money back . Now I understand why every time I walk into a Telekom shop there are unhappy customers .

Service delivery is normally very poor from Telkom and it seems that the hubs cannot resolve all the problems and will delegate you to another hub.

Poor service from lazy staff. Ill never set my foot in this shop anymore. How can you complain when a customer comes to do Sim swap and lie that the system is offline. This Telkom Express shop is useless indeed, it does nothing to improve the already tarnished image of Telkom.
