Not very good service. Food took very long to come and was not enjoyable at all. There is literally NO flavour in their food whatsoever. The pasta I ordered had sauce made from package soup. The waiter even forgot our doggy bag.

Its Panarottis, what is there not to like? Well, Ill tell you. Although the service we got was not the best nor better, the food makes up for it hence 4 stars.Im not impressed by their wine collection though, ended up settling for a sparkling drink(mojito) which I enjoyed. My friends beer was hot and the other pizza they forgot to add extra avo, they had to take away the pizza to do so causing it to be a bit cold.🙄But, the pizzas were amazing! I love Mexicana (hot hot hot).

Food was delicious and fresh! Service was great, place was not too crowded. Great for a quick bite and rest between shopping. Food is always great and service is fast every time weve been here. Some of the couches are a bit worn down, but overall nice experience

This place is so bad. They sent us food that is absolutely sickening. It smells bad and looks terrible. Had one bite and spat it out. How can you send food out that is off and try and hide it by covering it up with so much sauce. I am disgusted. And to think I almost fed that to my child. I would of been Im hospital tomorrow her. If I could I would give no starts.

Please provide an alternate one that works.What a total disaster and definitely the worst experience I ever encountered at Panarottis Greenstone.My wife and I took our kids and some of their friends (table of 7) for Pizzas after Rush. We arrived at the restaurant around 18:10. The waiter that attended to our table (Tendai) took our order, and having advised him that I also needed 1 take away pizza, this is where the trouble started. The drinks we ordered (all off the menu) some were so full that they were over flowing that without bumping the table the drinks were messing all over the table. We also ordered jug of water which arrived without any glasses. Thinking the glasses would eventually arrive and the table would be wiped clean, this did not happen. People we saw at Rush that arrived about 10 to 15 minutes after us (approximately 3 tables of 4-5 guests) received their food well before we did despite our order being placed before theirs. I then went and asked for glasses and to speak to the manager (Lucky) to enquire on our order which he then said he will follow up on. This is when Tendai saw me and quickly came to the table. I specifically asked the manager on duty to replace my waiter. I had two 8 year old boys with me who were ready to chew their arms off the order took so long. I asked Lucky to provide me with the slip as to the time the orders were placed. Order was placed at 18:21 and our Pizza arrived at 19:06. A 45 minute wait for Pizzas. a few of the Pizzas topping were so runny that it was a clear indication that it was not cooked properly, the base was hard and crispy but the toppings sloppy and runny. Regardless, I had hungry kids and teenagers so we ate. Throughout the meal nobody came and asked how the meal was and our table now stacked with empty drinks glasses. I then went and called Lucky again as I still needed to place the order for the take away Pizza. Lucky then came and we asked him about the replacement waiter, the lack of service from Tendai. His attempt at wanting to rectify the issue left my wife and I speechless at this sort of service from Panarottis a restaurant we always loved as a family is now one we will never attempt to visit ever again. After we had eaten as much as we possibly could I went and asked for the bill as we still did not have a replacement waiter. I received the bill and paid the bill which was just over R1100. Only after I had paid the bill did Lucky again try and fix things. I said to him while standing at the counter paying the bill, I am not expecting a free meal but given the amount that went wrong on the evening and the pathetic attempt to resolve the issue he offered no remorse. I asked for the owners name and number is the only time he mentioned he would like to invite us back and fix things. This unfortunately is a little too late. Damage control should have been done when the first issue came up. Having specifically asked for a new waiter and this not materializing things may have ended differently, raising our concerns to him he should have taken over had a waiter not been available. Offering some sort of compensation for a night gone wrong may have changed my perspective. Only waiting to really solve the issue when I asked for the owners name and number is poor management on his part.I am happy to provide you with my slip as proof, I was seated at table 33 on the evening.Regards,Niki

Distrustful portions of food, considering the price tag on the meals. Had to complain twice about the portions of the pizza and the starter. They tried to cheat us when we ordered a monsterito pizza. They gave us a monserito pizza box, with a large pizza inside it. Absolutely appalling. Second complaint was the combo starter for two, that was R70, looking like a meal not even a hamster would enjoy, no sauce/s were given with the meal, it was a DRY and TINY proportion. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!

Went to Greenstone with 5 adults got told by manager they are working on some booths so he couldnt accomodate us. There was no offer to make a plan or add tables together even though the place was practically empty. We were the second group in a row to leave. Poor problem solving skills by the manager named john

I love their food. The seafood pasta was excellent. Kiddies mac and cheese is so cheesy. I was not happy with their service. The lady who assisted us didnt tell us about the promotion. We asked after she brought our bill and were told we should have asked—great food but not so great atmosphere. Service staff needs training in customer service.

I ordered Alfredo which came very soggy and I brought to the attention of the female manager and Prince, the kitchen manager. They have handled my complain very constructively and offered alternative on how to rectify the issue which is not common in this part of the world. Keep up the good work and customer-focused attitude guys and I hope your staff will learn the same attitude.

Truly awful when considering Vegans!I wanted to order a Call & Collect special with a vegan swop, however I was told this is not possible and I should pay the original price.How is that fair? The cash being saved from removing the meat cannot be used for a replacement?I understand that Vegans & Vegetarians arent common, but they still do exist. And this type of treatment is really unfortunate.Especially provided how delightful the food is.

Excellent service and delicious food, Panarottis Greenstone Mall never disappoints. My family and I have been going there for years and recently ordered today using UberEats and the service was wonderful from John the manager on duty, Panarottis Greenstone is awesome! I will continue to support Panarottis Greenstone as they are consistent! We have never had a bad meal or service from here and the staff are always so helpful and friendly!

We are regulars at Panarottis Greenstone specifically on Thursday nights for all you can eat pizza. We came out tonight and invited family that are visiting to enjoy it with us only to hear the special was stopped on the 31st Jan. Even though the food is still amazing, we are disappointed and we do feel that you will loose a lot more customers because of this decision. Your staff enjoy the evenings as much as your customers do. So sad that we cannot enjoy this evening any more.

After last times incident where one of the waiters forgot about my partner and i.. the manager tracked us down and apologized on behalf of his staff. He explained that he is new and was sent to deal with the nonsense that was happening.We were happy with the service we received from the manager and the food was quite delicious.I will be coming back with my group of friends.🙂🙂

Love the variety on the menu. Friendly staff, great service. The outside seating is a breath of fresh air. Kids area has cameras, you can watch your children from your table. Its always busy when Im there, but Ive n had a bad meal at this Panarottis.

I love this restaurant. As they say, first impressions always last...the first time i ate their pizza i completely fell in love with it. And up till today i cannot get over it. And their staff members are friendly. Theres a lovely atmosphere as well

Orders took way too long, food was arriving before drinks. We were a big crowd of 15 and the service could not keep up. I sent my dessert back with instruction for the chef to use the crust to build himself a house, the crust was an inch thick but the filling barely a few millimetres. Not what I would expect from a Panarotti outlet.

Been to this panarottis a few times and I have always had a good experience. The food is always fresh and served piping hot. The waitrons are also very friendly and always make mention of any specials available. The restaurant itself is always spotless and the tables are always clean. The breakfast pizza is definitely a must have when visiting.

The pizzas were fine but the service not so much. Waiting time between ordering and receiving your orders was very long. Pre-meal drinks only came with the pizzas and one order took way longer than the others. After the meal another 30min wait or a glass of water and take away pizza. Then waited for the bill too. The manager did however give us half off the bill when we made him aware. Thanks for that.

Good variety on their menu and good service. The view is absolutely amazing. The night lights are heavenly to watch.

My husband and I went to the Panarottis Greenstone Mall for supper this evening. We sat at the table and no one attended to usI then walked to the front counter where I saw two ladies in black and Assumed they were the managers on duty. I asked the one lady to help us and she then told me that she is doing something she will come take our order just now. There were staff standing infront of the store laughing and joking. We then walked out of the resturant. Very bad service!!!

The female manager is very good and doesnt check on the customers too many times. The male (also a manager?) walking around talking to the customers makes comments that are inappropriate and he is very loud. He also has a very loud laugh.The food is excellent!

Worst service ever. Was told there is no space inside for 2 people so we must sit outside. Then when we told the waiter we were not comfortable sitting outside and we would rather sit inside (there were a few tables available) she said no. We then told her its okay we will go somewhere else and her reply was okay thank you, bye. So rude🙄 wont go back. The menus were also so dirty as well as the table which she didnt even wipe down she just flinged the dirt off. We went to spur.

I cant comment on the food because we left after waiting endlessly for a waiter to take our order. Called another waiter to ask if he could assist, only to be met with a long face. I then asked for a manager who advised they were busy with a management meeting. This was 5pm on a Friday, the place was almost empty. May I suggest staff are taught the basics of customer service and are capable of dropping off menus AND coming back to take orders timeouslyThe manager asked for my number to sort things out. This in itself makes no sense, if customers are ignored there is no point in calling me to discussWe went next door to Spur.

The Italian restaurant situated in Greenstone. when my boyfriend andi stepped inside the restaurant it was clear that it is a family friendly restaurant, perfect for a family lunch.The waitress who showed us the way to our table was warm and friendly and she gladly explaining the Menu in detail and offered us their special for the day. Because we have tasted pizzas from other restaurants we decided to choose something similar to what we have had before for comparison. Chicken and chirizo pizza. Well let me just say, Panarottis is our new favorite pizza restaurant. The pizza was served warm and before we even tasted it, the smell of the pizza sold the entire story. Panarottis is the best place to eat. if you want to save a rand and still enjoy some good tasting food with your friends and family.

Oh my the bar one double thick milkshake was the best I had since the Barone milkshakes came in the market... We had a quick breakfast and it was really affordable, tasty and you get more than what competitors offer for less money definitely a value add to this financial situation we find ourselves in.Waiter staff was on the ball and even when I changed my mind and asked another waiter that I want to change my irder.. My order came correct so even the communication between staff was impressive Ill definitely be heading back to this Panarottis

Went there on a first date, and it was also my first time at any Panarottis restaurant. All I have to say is this. The waitress first welcomed us with a great heart and showed is our table. Then she told us she would give us a few minutes to decide on our drinks, she left and only came back 5 min later, she took our drink order and before we told her what our food order she dissappeared very quickly. Then she came with drinks and we told her we wanted the Thursday special, she told us the special only starts at 5 oclock, one thing if you should know about proper advertisement, is that you should inform what time the special is on, because if you going to say its a Thursday special, the costumer will automatically expect that the special will run the whole day, not only a few hours of the day. After that we asked for a few minutes so that we could have another look at the menu, since our lunch hopes were destroyed.After that, she dissappeared for about 15 min and went to stand outside talking to her friends, this is unacceptable, usually it doesnt take this long for a waitress to come take down your order.Then, when she took order, the food took such a long time to be prepared. After we were done, we looked for our waitress and again she spent minutes talking to her friends outside, we waited another 10 min until she noticed that we were done.Ive never waited such a long time to get some service and my friends warned that this place has slow service.On the other side, your pizzas are overpriced, Ive been to other restaurants where I paid cheaper and gotten better service than this place.Definitely not coming back.

This restaurant has had better days.We started off sitting inside and eventually moved to the outside area because of a stale food smell which lingered over the entire restaurant including the play area.We were served dirty cutlery with our starter. Unfortunately, we werent able to finish our starter or order a main meal because the food was below average and I didnt trust that it was fresh either.Serious improvement needed at Greenstone Panarottis.

Service is great. Food does take a bit long in getting to the table after youve ordered and the portions seem to be halving in size after every visit which is rather concerning.
